This hotel is fantastic and exactly what we needed. We wanted somewhere within easy reach of restaurants and shops /beach but not so close that you're in it all. This is exactly the right location with just a 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants etc. Brilliant views of the mountains, the sea and Cyrpus for the hotel. The food is of excellent quality and the staff are all very friendly. We had an apar**ent with a private pool and it was fantastic. We can't comment on the main pool and the pool with the water slides as we never used them, but looked very clean. This hotel is perfect if you want somewhere to chill out with a laid back a**osphere. We went at just the right time as there weren't loads of people at the hotel. We would definitely return here again. The staff cannot do enough for you.

Wow! Where to start with this hotel.. it’s absolutely fantastic. We stayed with our two children and all the staff were brilliant with them always taking the time to stop and chat to them, all of them were so friendly. Floris, one of the managers was lovely always checking everything was ok and helping us with whatever we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is lovely, rooms spacious and very clean, two pools one which is more of the activity pool with slides etc and the other one is a lot more quiet. Sometimes we were the only ones sat round this pool! The courtesy bus to the beach is great and runs on the hour. The driver was really friendly too. My biggest thank you goes to the Head Chef Mr Kypros. I was really anxious about going on holiday due to having coeliac disease and an intolerance to dairy. I didn’t have to worry at all.. every meal time the chef would take me round the buffet explaining what I could eat and would offer to make me something else if I didn’t fancy what was on offer. He arranged on numerous occasions for separate desserts to be made so that I could eat them. He really went over and above and I cannot thank him enough. I’ve never experienced service like it before, he made me feel safe in what I was eating and it made my holiday. Everybody we spoke to said they were looking at returning and we most certainly would. I cannot recommend this hotel enough there really is nothing to fault. See you soon St Elias! xx

Wow- where to start! We have just left St Elias after the most wonderful 10-night stay with our toddler. This was by far the most special all-inclusive stay we’ve ever experienced, and will most certainly return. What really makes this resort is the staff, who cannot do enough for you. They were all so hardworking, friendly and kind to our daughter. The service was impeccable. The next is the food, which was out of this world. As vegetarians we are sometimes a little stuck, but here we were spoilt for choice. So fresh, beautifully presented, so much variety. Without a doubt the best I’ve come across at an AI. Do also try the meze restaurant that you can visit as part of your AI package- the meal was fantastic & it’s just so lovely to see the pride that the chefs take in their work. Our room (108) was spacious, clean and had a sea view. The cleaner came every day. It was well sound-proofed & the bed was so comfy. All three of us slept very well! We walked into town and to the beach/promenade a few times, which is definitely doable (even with pram etc), but the shuttle bus is great to have. We loved how the hotel was just far away enough from town to feel like a peaceful oasis. The grounds are so beautiful. We also enjoyed being able to move between a quieter pool & one with slides/toddler splash pool (both with a bar). The only small thing we’d have liked is some more resistance equipment in the gym, as it is almost all cardio. Apart from that, an absolutely perfect stay and we cannot wait to return. Do not hesitate to book- you won’t regret it! They were so lovely with our daughter,

We visited the resort at the beginning of May ‘24 and couldn’t fault it with anything. We arrived late at night and there was a bag full of sandwiches and snacks waiting for us. The apar**ent was very specious and kept clean with towels being changed every single day. Very comfortable beds, felt like I slept in my own bed which I can’t always say about other hotels. We went all inclusive and the food was out of this world. Good rotation through out the week so nothing repeated. Everyone could find something to enjoy as selection of food was wide! Have to mention the staff that worked so hard and so friendly you were always greeted with a friendly smile and there never was a hassle with anything. The wine that is served at both lunch and dinner was very good! The pools also great especially the slides and the life guards were amazing making sure we were safe, especially Andreas and Dimitrij 😘 Also special mention to Andrea and Mohamed from the pool bar for the most friendly service, thank you! 😘 Also as a nature lover I have to mention how impressive the grounds look and the plants are kept well hydrated looking beautiful and healthy. The hotel is situated about 15 min walk to the nearest beach but there’s a shuttle bus that will take you to the fig tree bay every hour. I personally like being away from all the holiday makers noise so for us the location was perfect. We will definitely be back again. Thank you once again for an amazing stay! 🥰 Ps. Almost forgot to mention, it was my daughter’s birthday and when we came back to our apar**ent after a day full of fun there was a wee birthday cake waiting fore her in the fridge. What a lovely gesture! Thank you!

Can't speak highly enough of this Hotel, the staff, the food and the rooms were all excellent. We went as a party of 10 for Birthday celebrations and they were just brilliant from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Thanks so much from the Welsh bunch.

This was our first visit to Cyprus and selected this hotel because of the high ratings. We arrived the day after the hotel opened for the season so it was very quiet during our stay with only a few guests in resort. Check in was quick and we were shown to our room by the receptionist. Room was lovely and spacious and a nice balcony overlooking the quiet pool. The resort is very clean and well looked after. The food and drink were excellent. Different themes every night with a good choice. The lunch and breakfast were also excellent with fresh cooking stations etc. We could not complain with any of the meals. We also ate at the Greek restaurant which again was superb. The pools are large with loads of sun loungers however the pools are ice cold. We spent all week around the quiet pool by reception and we were the only people around the pool all week. Drinks were good quality with top shelf spirits available on the all inclusive. The staff we encountered were all friendly and polite. The only downsides for us were the wifi was almost non existent in our room and around the quiet pool and lobby bar. The a**osphere in the lobby bar was poor. No music playing so very quiet. They have tvs on the wall in the lobby bar but these were never on. Would have been nice to have some sport on these which I’m sure a lot of people would watch especially football fans. The entertainment was not to our taste. Four young girl entertainers who did everything each day and night such as Bingo, quizzes, theatre shows etc. would have preferred some live music, tribute acts etc. Tuesday they all had a day off so there was no entertainment whatsoever. Location is great, just a short 5-10 minute walk into town and around 20 minutes to Fig Tree Bay. Overall we had a great week, really quiet, enjoyable and the food, drink, rooms and staff were great. Would have liked it to be a bit livelier with better entertainment but it didn’t spoil our holiday and with a few minor improvements this place could be a top 5 star resort.

After visiting St Elias for our family holiday last year we decided to re-visit and being so impressed last year. I am pleased to say that we were not disappointed and this hotel is fantastic. The food is excellent and variety on offer and quality each day is superb and the restaurant staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and feels more like your own apar**ent rather than being part of hotel complex. The entertainment team are excellent and thank you to Annabelle/Sofia/Jessica and Anna as our 3 kids really enjoyed their holiday and this is in part due to the fantastic team at this hotel. Finally a big thank you to the management team as they made this holiday special. We look forward to visiting again next year. Thank you

We stayed at the Louis St Elias Resort in April with my two daughters aged 13 & 9. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious and modern. The beds are very comfortable and I never had a bad nights sleep. The pool areas are great and the lifeguards are focused on the safety of the guests. The water slides are fun and adults can use them. The food at the hotel is amongst the best I have ever had at a hotel and the dish’s had a home cooked vibe. The food was varied and themed each evening but not always hot. My fussy children always found something to eat. The hotel is very chilled, we stayed in the week the hotel opened and even though the hot got busier during our stay the standards never dropped. The assistant manager Fabrice was very warm and attentive and was always visible checking that the guests were happy. All of the staff were friendly with a special shout out to Ashraf who ensured during mealtimes we had drinks and we were looked after. The entertainment staff, Sophia, Anna, Jess, and Annabelle were always working hard and the shows were fun to watch. There is a shuttle bus 9am to 6mp on the hour which takes you into Protoras and to the beach which is free and it’s a short walk from the hotel into the shops and bars on an evening. We took the 102 bus to the water park in Aiya Napa and then the 101 back, be aware that the bus gets very busy and we found it hard to get up and find a bell to push to get off the bus. Overall, there is nothing I can think of that is negative about this hotel but as a suggestion, if the hotel management put a couple pool tables in the bar area I feel that would be a cheap uplift to what is already an excellent hotel. I plan to return asap.

Firstly, the hotel is spotlessly clean and feels very safe. It is slightly set back from Protaras so feels very peaceful. The shuttle bus is available to drop guests into Protaras main street and Fig Tree Bay frequently and hassle free. Our 2 bed apar**ent was large, well equipped and had a HUGE balcony with almost a 180 degree sea view. We went all inclusive and this included all cocktails (with premium brand drinks). And every meal was varied and delicious. One of our party is vegetarian and they also had ample choice. Lastly, the staff at this hotel make it exceptional. Warm, welcoming and accommodating in every way. We are already planning another visit
