An excellent stay at all aspects. Tasty food ,really great service, clean hotel. Late checkout for free and writing now enjoying my tea with the best view from my room balcony. Definitely coming back!

A 10 day stay from Oct 7 bed & breakfast, most important thing the weather was great 29c + every day. Don't always believe the internet wether websites, we had a late Check in, my room & key card waiting for me at reception no passports or documents to show nothing to sign simple, my room was on 4th floor, the bathroom a little small but perfectly clean & adequate for our needs, beds were comfortable and House keeping every day and very clean too, no kitchen just a kettle, the safe was also included most other hotels charge for this, The breakfast was great I couldn't fault it excellent choice from hot stuff to cold meats and cheeses to yogurts & fruit, cake, mini croissants with chocolate sauce, cereal, and all your bread and jams the list goes on, if we had had to go out and buy breakfast it would almost probably be over 150 EUR for Both of us for our stay so can't complain, we didn't dine at the hotel in the evening so i can't comment on that. The pool area was most impressive however I thought the pool bar was a little expensive for food & drinks ( there was a McDonald's right opposite the hotel) yet again most people would put there towels on the sun loungers but I only used the pool area a few times, The sea was absolutely amazing so warm it was very busy and couldn't always get a lounger or umbrella €2.50 for each you had to get there early, the location of the hotel was perfect probably 8min walk to the beach, the complex was ideal for people with mobility issues with ramps and 2 elevators one small and a much larger one big enough for a wheelchair, also mobility scooter were available to hire but not sure from the hotel though. Had a lovely holiday, I thought mostly suited for older couples and families if you want a more lively holiday with clubs and more bars and are much younger 18+ go to ayia Napa area much more lively I think, great restaurants which are fairly priced good sized portions,if you go self catering there was a Lidl (not far to walk ) I thought a little expensive compared to the UK, there were plenty of other supermarkets The best buy was pretty reasonable, especially for some alcoholic drinks they even offer to open the bottles for you if you want, oh and cigarettes from € 4 a pack The area of protaras was a little run down and needs a bit of attention especially the pavement areas so do be careful a very good bus service ran so you can explore future if you want, I would return to the hotel again and think it was great value for money.

We stayed at the hotel twice this month. The first time with my husband and we were in the adults only wing and the second time now 3 days with our babies. The hotel is in a very good area our room was superior and was new clean and spacious. The pools are large, very convenient for someone with small babies and right next door is the beach of the hotel. The staff is very helpful and polite. The only downside for me is that for some hours we could not find parking especially if we returned late at night. Otherwise I highly recommend it and we will visit it again!

We spent 2 amazingly relaxing weeks at the Infinity Blu.  The hotel is beautiful, very nicely decorated, clean and so chilled out, the staff are so cheerful and helpful and the food and drinks really are just amazing. We arrived at the hotel late at night and we were greeted by 'the famous Christine' we had read about in so many reviews and posts on Facebook.  She was expecting us as we had posted that we were due out soon.  We were welcomed in with a refreshing drink each and details of the wifi, meal times and which room we were staying in. We booked a Deluxe Sea View Suite and it certainly was just that.  The room was clean spacious, stylishly furnished and had the biggest balcony we have ever had.  There is a full sized under cupboard fridge and there were sandwiches, fruit, cake and water for us as we had arrived late.  As it was dark we had to wait until the morning to see the amazing view that was ours for the next two weeks.  It really was an amazing balcony.  Other than the stunning view, which was uninterrupted, it was so comfortable with 2 chairs, a table and 2 sun loungers.  It was so private too and got the morning sun. The food in the hotel is possibly the best that we have ever had and we always go 5 star all inclusive.  Not one meal was bad, it was all fresh, hot and so tasty.  Lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  There is afternoon tea as well but we didnt have any as we were always full from lunch.  The drinks were plentiful with lots of choice, wonderfully served up by the ever cheerful Luke (ask him for a Pina Colada, he loves making these lol) and the staff are always straight there to clear away and check if you need anything else.  Sonia and her team were always happy to chat with the guests and get to know them all. Nothing was too much and if you should need anything they will do their best to help.  The grounds and pool were so well maintained and a perfect place to chill out in.  The sunbeds were comfortable and clean.  The beach was just so lovely.  We aren't normally beach people but we were in the sea snorkelling every single day, we strongly recommend that you go explore the bay with a snorkel as the sea is so warm and clear and there are lots of fish to see.  The pool was freezing in honesty but as it was so hot it was quite refreshing to jump in. The whole area was so peaceful and we really enjoyed staying at the Infinity Blu. The views of the bay were just so pretty and it was just so relaxing we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Near Protaras and its beaches (where you can walk) but where you avoid crowds! Far from the mass complexes. Crying in front of the hotel where you can bath. The hotel is a walking walk. Free parking of the hotel. Mini-fridge in the room full of drink (free) when you arrive (filled only once during the entire stay). 2 small bottles of water per day are deposited in the room and 2 small chocolates at the end of the day (which is worthwhile). Ferro and plate free of charge. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. No French TV channel but the possibility to connect its Netflix account on TV. A 15min car near Cap Greco. Very beautiful decoration. I had the chance to be overclassified with views on the pool. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. 2 employees speak French (which helps). The hotel will provide (/lend ) one for your stay. Play mattresses assigned to your arrival according to your convenience (you can change them), avoiding the need to book transactions. I really enjoyed the calm of the hotel. We feel good. I would come back with pleasure and I recommend without hesitate.

This hotel is completely renovated, everything is new, and super clean against coronovirus issues. The hotel is situated only 3 minutes walk from the beach. Is also withing walking distance of 10 minutes from the Protaras center where are many restaurants, pubs and clubs. Is also 3 minutes away from the Protaras wooden path which is constructed right by the seashore. The staff is super friendly and the owner and the manager are at all times available to talk with you. They are very extremely friendly and they do their best to help you. Great service.

Just back from an amazing 9 night stay. We were the first guests of the season :) The hotel and staff are truly a credit to the hotel and made us feel so welcome & always entertained our sometimes lively daughter :) Food in all restaurants was gorgeous, now on a diet! Snack bar all made fresh which was a great touch. Rooms modern and airy. Family sliding door room was large & had two tv's! Touch pads for lights etc. We went all inclusive & can stay it was one of the best we have been to. Freshly made cocktails were amazing. Pools very spacious & excellent waterpark. Unfortunately there was no entertainment which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. However, we did experience a brilliant guitarist for one night only, shame no more. Not much for children either.. All in all we felt that the hotel should've had their entertainment programme & animation team already in place for opening. As we were leaving we felt that more was happening in terms of entertainment, maybe we were just unlucky? Thanks again for a fabulous holiday and maybe we'll be back one day :)
