The location of The Beatrice was superb, I arrived via Amtrak and the station is only a 5 minute walk. I received an early check in, without asking which was a fantastic level of service. The hotel is in a great central location, within walking distance to all of the things I planned to see during my stay.
The room was fantastic ,bathroom exceeded my expectations.
I would definitely recommend staying here again.

A very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental.

Bed and sheets were amazing. Loved the heated toilet seat and shower & that all amenities were provided and plentiful… shampoo lotion. Nespresso machine and water was a nice touch as well. Highly recommend the hotel restaurant, Bellini. One of the best meals and service we’ve had. The staff was very friendly. Grazie!

The hotel was fantastic. The lack of breakfast makes it a 4* rather than 5*. Whilst the hotel does partner with a cafe in the same building - it is more of a breakfast to go for office workers kind of place. The only other thing that let the hotel down was that we asked for a late check out (as it was going to be a long day for us as we weren’t flying back to London until 8pm with our baby). We were told that this couldn’t be guaranteed the day before, but that it was “looking very promising” and we would receive a text the following morning. We didn't receive a text, and when we followed up, the “late check out” offered was only 1 hour later than the usual check out - so pretty disappointing (particularly after the money we’d paid for a relatively long stay, valet parking and food and drinks at the rooftop bar and downstairs restaurant).
