Very spacious apartment with views of the sea and the pool from a large terrace and from the living room. Everything close, about 7 minutes walking; to the beaches, fishing port, shops, promenade, rstes, supermarkets, pubs, bars, etc. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 small beds and both have mosquito nets. It has 1 large terrace and there is always free parking a few meters away. You will love this place because of the views, the location and the tranquility.
When I do not have departure and arrival on the same day, they can stay until they leave or they can enter in case they arrive very early. And if you rent more than 10 days, I will leave the apartment free at your disposal so that you can stay until I leave if I do not have other arrivals on the same day. Very early arrivals could also enter earlier if I have not had departures on the same day.
The bedrooms are spacious with fitted wardrobes and mosquito nets on the windows. The windows are double glazed and climalix with shutters and folding sheets. There is 1 iron and ironing board, toaster, coffee maker, hair dryer, all the basics of a kitchen, bath towels. The location is great everything so close and at the same time so quiet. It is a small residential complex with very few people living there, which makes it special to be in the pool, there is hardly anyone there. There is an oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, air conditioning and everything you need for cooking.
They have access to the entire part of the common pool.
The entrance is independent with 1 box with code number where you can take the house keys. In case of not having check out and check in the same day, customers can stay longer if their plane leaves later at no extra cost, but you have to ask beforehand.
