Would have moved to another place if it weren't for the pool and Agoda's refusal to refund us. Firstly, the location is so remote that you absolutely need a car to get anywhere. The room was dark, musty and not at all like the photos, and that's after we asked to be moved from the first, even worse one. It was poorly equipped with not even the most basic cooking or eating equipment until we asked specifically for the things we needed, such as bottle opener, glasses, a knife.... You are demanded to take the bins out and clean the kitchenette on threat of a €50 fine by an impolite notice on the wall. The pool bar was not open once during our stay and the main bar only until 1pm each day! There is NO WIFI IN ANY of the rooms. Only very poor WiFi in the public spaces. Worst of all, when we asked the manager about this because Agoda clearly list FREE WIFI IN ALL ROOMS , he burst into a raging torrent of abuse that left us speechless. There were no smoke detectors, hair dryer or really anything listed in the facilities, including a working TV. The aircon was extremely noisy so we had no choice but to switch it off and sweat at nights just to get any sleep. Genuinely the only decent thing about this place was the pool. Thank goodness we had a car so we could get out of the place and actually enjoy our holiday.

Great pool, nice rooms, but unfortunately being asked 20€ to change a single towel, insisting that it was in the conditions when it is not, will probably stay in our minds more than anything.

The apartments are perfectly nice with all the amenities one could need. The gardens and pool are a great place to relax after a day at the beach. Special shoutout goes to Paolo the barman at the pool for making our stay fantastic. He always greeted us with a smile and was great fun to talk to!

Perfect place to stay with beautiful view over the sea: very quite and relaxing. Very nice and clean resort with comfortabel pool.
The accomodation is very spacious and comfortabel.

at first i liked the apartment really much just because they have everything you need: (ac, fridge, balkony, etc i was visiting this place with my friends spontanuosly and i liked this place a lot especially the barkeeper at the pool i think his name was paolo he was really really friendly person

Réservation faites sur Destinia 850 € pour 5 nuits Mais à l’arrivée vous pouvez en rajouter il vous réclame comme si c’était normal 10 € par personne et par nuit pour l’eau électricité et la piscine nous étions 2 donc 100 € de plus !! Apparement nombreux clients se font avoir Rien n’était marqué sur notre réservation il a fallu payer sinon pas de clef nous sommes resté assis à la réception plus d’une heure apparemment c’est une erreur de Destinia ! Le premier gars était désagréable et Alessandra bien déterminer à nous prendre nos 100 € bonne comédienne ! 60 € pour le ménage ! 10 € pour taxe de séjour Et j’oublie 200 € en espèces pour la caution Des clients qui avait réservé sur Lastminute aussi on eu le même problème il était 4 donc 4x7jours x10 euros 280 € C’est du vol Sinon la piscine était super et c’était hyper tranquille mais rien que pour cette mauvaise expérience à notre arrivée je n’y retournerai pas

Siamo stati 2 settimane in questo residence. Posizione ottima , necessaria l'auto per spostarsi, ma in 5 minuti si è in centro a Pula. Qui si trovano 2 supermercati ben forniti con prezzi ragionevoli e diversi bar e ristoranti. Il residence é immerso nel verde, il nostro "bilocale plus" , al pian terreno, dotato di microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero nuovissimo, climatizzatore e un bel bagno con box doccia nuovo, é stato super apprezzato. La piscina è nel centro del residence,poco lontana dagli appartamenti quindi non dà fastidio nemmeno se c'è gente . Personale disponibile e gentile. La spiaggia a 250m è carina, ma con Chia e le sue spiagge a circa 20/30 min di auto non é stata da noi sfruttata. Da migliorare l'ingresso che parte dalla Statale, andrebbe asfaltato e segnalato con una insegna che si possa vedere sia da lontano che alla sera. Lo consiglio.

Residence in generale bello. Lo consiglio e ci tornerei. Il giardino e la piscina soprattutto molto belli e curati. Appartamento bilocale ampio con bella terrazza. Semplice nell'arredamento ma pulito. Personale gentile, ci hanno pure prestato due ombrelloni x la spiaggia. Manca un po' di servizio al bar in quanto non è quasi mai aperto ed attivo. Presente anche servizio lavanderia e asciugatrice. È a qualche km dal centro di Pula (paesino molto vivo di sera). Stradina inghiaiata per arrivarci. Non il massimo per le macchine.
