No frills hotel which has everything you need - impeccable service and very helpful receptionists! Great location right by Parque Pino nearby all restaurants. Great breakfast too with a great offering. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming

What a great Hotel in Puno! Starting for the location: it's right on the main street of the shops, stores, restaurants even though, Very quiet. 1 block away from the main square. Clean, very cosy ( nice furniture, carpet, warm in winter,elevator) and very affordable (the price include the breakfast). Definitely high quality for a very very good price! Thanks for everything guys from Kaaro El Buho!

One of the best experiences. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helped us a lot. when we left the hotel they stored our luggage, when we returned my sister was very sick, the lady from the reception escorted her to the room where she covered her and let her rest for a while. I really enjoyed my stay in Kaaro El Buho. Great location in the heart of Puno, very cozy and clean rooms, nice breakfast and very helpful staff! Another important thing for me is that it was quiet. Also, I was allowed to leave my things as I had a 2d/1n tour to Amantani island. My visit was very brief but I wish I could stay longer :)

Nice breakfast, with eggs, fruits, ... Spacy rooms, hot shower, good beds, quit hotel Hotel staff even brings you a heating device without asking, because they saw I came in the lobby and was really cold walking distance to the center

The rooms were very clean, everything was impeccable, also the hotel staff was very kind to us, both at breakfast and at reception, where they helped us with tours and tourist information about the city; It was one of the best hotels I visited on my trip to Peru, and despite not being particularly expensive, on the contrary, it is very cheap for what it offers.
