"The hotel has a good location near Witch Square. Since I arrived at the hotel late at night, I could immediately visit the witch-themed shops next door after checking in. There are several pizza shops and a Chaplin-themed hamburger joint next to the hotel. The hotel facilities are average, but the service is quite good. Because I had to catch a flight the next morning, the staff arranged a taxi for me to go to the airport in advance. The hotel is in a relatively noisy area in the city center, so when I picked up my room, the staff asked if I wanted to stay on the side closer to the street or the back, further away. After 1 a.m., the hotel became less noisy, and the loud music from the sidewalk started to disappear. However, I was only staying one night and for only a few hours, so I didn't find it a big problem."

"Exceptional location with elevated view of Lake Titicaca and with a short walk within the property 360 deg views including reed island. The property has lots of fauna that attracts humming birds and their pet Alpacas are delightful. The owner is a chef and the food extremely good. The rooms are large and the hotel has character and each room spectacular views. It’s a 10 minute drive by taxi. The hotel can arrange this for 15 pen. Well worth it to get away from noisy town. We stayed two days and did not leave!"

On our last day at the hotel, there was only one employee (poor thing, super sweet) to take care of everything; it was an abuse..."

"My room appeared to be quiet at first, although a bit smelly through the ventilation-window of the bathroom; but the hotel turned out to have a very, very loud elevator. Avoid any room even remotely near it; as the staff themselves use it all night long, just for 1 floor at a time. Even worse, the gas-aggregate for the boilers was switched on at 02:45 AM, which made the entire building vibrate. Not a great hotel if you actually want to get a good night's sleep."
