Hotel Hacienda Puno Centro Histórico
"Such a pleasure to arrive here after a long day of traveling. Check-in was super fast, room keys were ready and rooms were next to each other without having to ask, fantastic pizza a block away, close to the main square, there's a heater in the room, the shower was hot with great water pressure, and they made us a boxed breakfast when we told them we had an early tour. Highly recommended!"
Hotel Balsa Inn
"Ideal for middle-income groups, the accommodation is located in the city center and the staff are warm and friendly."
Tierra Viva Puno Plaza
"Super attentive staff, clean, centrally located hotel, fabulous breakfast. Excellent!"
Taypikala Lago
"The staff is very helpfull and kind. The room is spacious with view on Titicaca lake. There are various services available (check the Webiste). My wife had some respiratory issues because of the altitude and the staff was very helpfull providing oxygen even during the night and early morning. A very good place to be to enjoy the lake and a good distance from Puno. We thank the staff of the hotel for their kindness and professionnal behaviour."
Sonesta Posadas del Inca Puno
"Really an amazing spot. Great views. Great staff. Very nice guests."
Titicaca Los Uros Vanalux
"All good! rooms are floating on island, don't expect too much but for the cost, it was all worth."
Lake Titicaca Hotel
"We had the pleasure of staying at the Lake Titicaca Hotel for a long weekend break in June. The whole experience was enjoyable from check in to when we had to leave. The staff were very attentive and flexible and were on hand to provide excellent service. The food and bar menu are all based on local cuisine which was all well prepared and flavoursome. The hotel is a little outside the centre of Puno so was a taxi ride when we wanted to go into town, but the hotel were happy to book the service from safe providers. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again."
Hostal Sariri
"He gave me the best 5th floor room with a view, but Lake Titicaca is at a glance. .It was hard when I climbed the stairs, so I gave me a coca tea and thanks to the kind people, I took a pleasant rest ~~ ^^"
Casa Andina Standard Puno
"Jose was very helpful and friendly when checking in. He carried my bags to my room and gave a full explanation of hotel amenities."

Mirador del Titikaka
"High above the city, looking down on the lake, watching hummingbirds play in the flowers, the alpaca babies Inti and Sami strolling around… like a dream :) Freddy and Romario are perfect hosts and helped us with everything, from special wishes for dinner to booking trips to the islands. Clean rooms, good food."
Hotel Puno Terra
"Great location, friendly staff. Shower unfortunately not hot. Otherwise 10/10"
Kaaro Hotel Puno
"We stayed at Hotel Puno for 2 nights and couldn't recommend it highly enough for travellers that are on a budget. We arrived at 5am on the first morning and we were checked in efficiently to allow us to get as much sleep before checkout - which was slightly extended to maximise our amount of sleep. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Puno Cathedral and the city's plazas. Rooms are neat and tidy and the shower has hot water! We booked a tour around Lake Titicaca through the hotel - it was extremely reasonably priced and very well organised. We had a night bus at 10pm after checking out in the morning and the staff were extremely accommodating, they allowed us to access the storage cupboard throughout the day and recommended that we chill in their living areas when required. One of our members even forgot some personal items at the hotel which the staff helped return to him in Cusco."
Hotel Jose Antonio Puno
"The hotel restaurant is beautiful and modern. The food is good. Carnen served us and was exceptionally kind. Her presence made our dinner even more enjoyable."
GHL Hotel Lago Titicaca
"There were some nice hotels around Lake Titicaca, and it wasn't crowded when I went. Oil tankers can pick you up from the hotel's dock, which is very convenient."
Kaaro Hotel Suite
"Very nice hotel right in the center of town. Very attentive personnel, heater in the room !!!!, nice bed, pillows, hot water. Breakfast is tasty with lots of fruit choices, eggs, cereals, cheese etc Great value for money, highly recommend!!!"
TITICACA KONTIKI Eco Lodge Perú
"The night staying with Jesus and Mari was more than I expected. The room and the bathroom are literally brand new, very clean, comfortable and relaxing. I slept well and warm at night. They're expanding their island, so it makes my stay more unique by witnessing the process. A real experience! I spent a lot of time just taking a sunbath, naps, and reading the book which they provided in the room - it was about Taquile island, very interesting and informative! Jesus also took me on a Uros tour. We even went collecting the **** Totora! He shared a lot of knowledge about their culture and lifestyle. Besides Uros, he also knows a lot about Taquile. Mari instead showed me her beautiful artwork, which we're able to bring back if we want 🧡 And the lunch she cooked, uuuuf, delicious and abundant! With a lot of veggies and fresh trucha. I couldn't even finish it. And I highly recommend the location, it's on the edge of the Uros community, so tourists don't see us, and we're not bothered. I enjoyed the whole view of the lake and the night scene of Puno by myself. Bring your camera if you love photography. The sunset and the Milky way are charming. Btw, Jesus will take us from the port Kalapajra to the island. From the center, the red minibus only costs 1 sole. He replied WhatsApp quite promptly. The check-in/checkout was also flexible. Really appreciate it. I would love to stay 2-3 more days on Kontiki if the time allows! Felt it's much worth than just a day tour."
Uros Titicaca Uta Lodge
Casa Andina Premium Puno
"It's not on par with the other Casa Andina I've been to in Peru; even the CASA ANDINA STANDARD MACHU PICCHU is better, especially regarding breakfast. We also didn't like the fact that the hotel manager had breakfast with her children/family in the breakfast room. On our last day at the hotel, there was only one employee (poor thing, super sweet) to take care of everything; it was an abuse..."
Hostal Los Uros
"The staff is very friendly."
Mosoq Inn
"The warmth, care of staff, their attention to detail, extensive support, service, filling breakfast, comfortable beds, and cleanliness are unforgettable. It is close to the plaza, many restaurants, laundry, cafes, market and sights. The owner helped me through a ticket issue, took me to the bus station, the Bolivian Consulate. The pride, care and hard work are evident throughout this well run family run hotel. Highly recommend!"
Hotel Casona Colon Inn
"Perfecr.everything was very good. Hospitality at the top. The best breakfast we got. Friendly host. Good clean room..5 min walk to the nice plaza"
Casona Plaza Hotel Centro
"Well situated for city centre, just by the cathedral square and shopping area, but you may have to walk to it as there is no vehicular drop off outside the hotel. The main floors are reached by a small 4 person (with luggage) lift from reception, however, some rooms are reached by a small flight of steps from the main floors. The rooms are arranged a large central oval space, so guests in the restaurant/ reception level talking loudly can be heard in all rooms. The rooms are large with good storage space, 2 double beds, a safe, TV (Spanish channels only), wonky table and chairs and a large bathroom with a really small bath, but shower was good. However, a lot of sockets were loose in the walls, the lights not being particularly bright, compared to the Lima hotels. Breakfast is taken by reception is mainly a continental style but a few types of hot eggs were available and items were only slowly replaced as they ran out. We ate out in the local area as there are many cafes/restaurants about."
Royal Inn Hotel Puno
"This is an old hotel that provides the basics. Spacious room but there is only a small space heater and it is 28 degrees at night. The room is clean, the beds are pretty hard. Breakfast is average and there is enough choices for most people. The best thing is that this hotel is located 1/2 block from the city plaza square where there is everything you could want."
