Leo Deluxe Punta Umbria

As always, the attention of the girl at the reception... very friendly, she gave us the same apar**ent as every year, which I really appreciate, about the apar**ents, clean, with all the utensils you need, large refrigerator, comfortable beds I'm not saying what the apar**ent is so they don't catch me so much hahaha, just kidding. The aparthotel is great, it needs some maintenance changes due to the passage of time, such as the rollers on the sliding door in the living room that don't work well and are difficult to open or the silicone in the bathtub that is moldy....otherwise the aparthotel It's perfect, the beds are excellent

The 15-day stay in this apar**ent has been unforgettable. A marvelous environment, climate, comforts in the apar**ent, its gastronomy... it has simply been a wonderful vacation. Many thanks to the Leo Deluxe Apar**ents because it is impossible to improve anything else. Thank you

When we got to the apar**ents we saw them a little ugly on the outside but when we entered the apar**ent we saw that it wasn't too bad. But deluxe apar**ent?😳not at all. It lacks basic services to have that rating, such as a small kitchen and a microwave and refrigerator. Scarce kitchen utensils. The bedrooms are not bad and only one bathroom for 4. The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent unless you paid an extra fee, which is more than included in a luxury apar**ent. If you add parking and a lot of services that should be included because it is “luxury”, you pay more than 2000 euros for a typical apar**ent. The cleaning ladies were generally nice except for the one on Thursday the 10th who called to clean at 10 in the morning and since we were having breakfast she gave us a bad look. Then I called at 11 and as we were about to go to the beach she told us to hurry up because she couldn't spend all morning wandering around. To do gymnastics you had to get up at 7 because the spa started and the two things together were like metaphysics. The small pool allows you to play with balls and as you can imagine it is a battlefield. If they changed the cleaning every day (which is not very noticeable except that they make your bed) for a wifi that is powered by pedals, the place would improve somewhat. Punta Umbría as such is great but if you want to go to a luxury place, it's not even close. I travel a lot and I have been in apar**ents that, without being classified as luxury, were fantastic and had all the basics. So 2000 euros plus the bonuses (I forgot the washer and dryer) you get the joke and more than 2000 euros long. For that I pay a little more and go to Barcelo. The people at reception simply neither fu nor fa. Few services and many pretensions. I would neither return nor recommend it.

Spacious apar**ent, close to the beach, comfortable. It would be appreciated if the pool bar had some option Gluten free to eat

Spacious apar**ents, well located and with a very well-equipped kitchen in terms of kitchenware, dishes and small appliances, although the oven is missed. To add a drawback, they are poorly soundproofed. You can hear the neighbors' conversations clearly.

The apar**ent is great. Everything quite new and well cared for. No noises are heard. The only thing that would improve is to put blinds or curtains that do not let in the light, because there is only one curtain, so the light comes in in the mornings and there is also little privacy because you can see everything. There is kitchenware and they put gel/shampoo for the shower; and scouring pad, dishwasher and new cloth in the kitchen. The pool is large enough for accommodation. There are free hammocks in which there is no problem finding a place; and a pool bar (fee). There is also entertainment for children. It is very close to the beach, about 300 meters along a wooden walkway. There is parking on the street, and it costs €7 per day (from June to September). But there is a flat land nearby (down the street on the left) and there it costs €2 a day. You also have the option of parking in the accommodation's parking lot, but the entrance is very narrow (for a fee). The personnel is very friendly. Thank you so much.

The apar**ents are very good although we must highlight some details such as that if a neighbor cooks, the smell of food enters your apar**ent, I don't know if it is due to the extractor fan or the air conditioning and it is very unpleasant. The sofa is very uncomfortable and some appliances are damaged. Otherwise everything is very correct and they are very friendly. Highlight cleanliness. The entrance to the parking lot is difficult if you have a large car.
