酒店位置，環境設施等各方面都還可以！單考慮這幾個方面，在範縣這樣的一個小縣城來説，算是很不錯的酒店了！但是本次入住的體感很不好，問題主要表現在噪音和早餐上：酒店的隔音很差，特別影響休息！一是酒店本身硬件隔音上的處理就很差，房間及樓層間的隔音效果很差。一點動靜都能清楚聽到，很是影響休息。二是，大晚上的入住客人半夜一直吵吵鬧鬧，動靜特別大，入住當晚根本無法安心休息。多次聯繫前台協調，依然無果！為了更好地服務於其他客人，建議對入住客人做相應的提醒，並打印張貼入住公約，提醒大家遵守規定。另一個問題就是早餐太差，太差，特別差！除了煮雞蛋能吃以外，其他沒見着任何能下筷的東西。未來如果不作出一些改變調整的話，還不如調整房價不提供早餐，這樣一呢方便吸引入住客人，二呢，還能促進當地餐飲消費！三呢，也避免早餐問題影響住店客人的體感評價。最後的話也很感激攜程客服的努力，並酒店方的誠意，對於本次入住的影響做出了該有的擔當！希望酒店方能重視這些個問題，不要覺得自己在一個小縣城裡就不想着改變和提升服務，得過且過，温水煮青蛙，最終害得是自己！願你們能及時作出調整和改變，以便更好地服務於未來的其他客人！
