"Facilities: The gym is a bit small, with only one of each type of exercise, but it was sufficient since no one was exercising during the Chinese New Year holiday. There is a laundry room. Cleanliness: Overall cleanliness was average, but the shower floor tiles didn't seem very clean. Environment: The overall environment was nice, especially the interior design, which was quite artistic and stylish, a pleasant surprise in a small city like Puyang. There's also a night market nearby with local caravans, which is quite nice and worth checking out. Service: There wasn't much service, just standard service. We parked our car at the parking lot entrance, but because there were so many cars, several were parked at the entrance. We had to call each car individually early in the morning, which wasn't a pleasant experience, as our phone numbers were in our cars. The restaurant was quite crowded and chaotic that day; they couldn't keep up with the demand for food, indicating limited capacity during holidays. Attached are a few photos. I think the welcoming greenery in the lobby downstairs is very atmospheric. I didn't take any room photos, but the ones on the official website are exactly the same as the actual rooms—very beautiful."

"At 2:07 am on January 13, 2024, I heard someone open the door of room 211 where I was staying. The door of room 211 where I was staying could not be locked and there was a problem with the landline in the room, so I could not call the front desk. Later, I used my mobile phone to contact the hotel front desk through the Ctrip app. At that time, based on the voice of the hotel front desk on the phone, I estimated that she had just been woken up by my phone call, and judging from the tone of voice, she probably didn't know about it. I didn't tell the hotel front desk the room number I was staying in. About five minutes later, the hotel front desk came to room 211 where I was staying. 1 room, and changed me to another room, saying that she had sent the wrong room card. However, at 2 a.m., when the wrong room card was sent, a normal person would not use their hands to open the door and pull the chain to open the door when the door was locked. So this reason is far-fetched. I don’t know who can open the hotel door at 2 a.m., so I infer that it is probably their internal staff. I don’t know what they want to do by opening my door, but if I sleep soundly and don’t hear the sound and they open the door, the consequences will definitely be disastrous. And the hotel did not give any explanation later."
