Falcon Hills Hotel

On arrival to the hotel, we were shown to our room by a helpful man. Food was not always to my choice but still edible. Pool is very clean and nice seating area is good both by pool and bar. The bar and catering staff very friendly. Animation was very good considering not many people here. Always had a little dance for the kids mini disco. Music always turned on. Holiday alone with two teenagers. Things to do off site short taxi ride to entertain them.

Air conditioning is good and works efficiently. When the hotel was quiet the entertainment still was able to put a show on. All staff very friendly and welcoming. View from hotel is amazing. The beauty salon behind the hotel is good quality.

The staff are nice,rooms are kept clean food is normal,nice environment not too busy id give credits to jemila and mecano the pool is kept clean the activities keep you busy and are fun,hotel shops are not that expensive and have useful things :)

I like this place, clean rooms , good food with options for everyone. Nice people working in the staff and providing good service. Also liked the massages at the place for relaxation Only thing could be better is if it was directly located to the sea.

Lovely workers, everything done by them was friendly. Beds were a bit to hard to sleep on. Loved the heated pool. In march not too crowded. Food for an European was a bit too over spiced but that is the fun of it, to experience different tastes. Staff is friendly as long as they get their tips. Greetings from Estonia!

A small 3-star hotel where you get the feeling that you are staying at home. We stayed at Falcon Hills for 14 nights, but it felt like 2 months. Super friendly and helpful staff! We met such nice people at the hotel (both the staff and other guests who visit this hotel 5, 10, 50 times already)! The reason why I like to visit smaller 3-4 star hotels rather than big 5 star hotels is that you get to know the staff and the local culture better. Special thanks to Samir (handsome guy with a nice haircut, works on the terrace of the restaurant), I will remember you forever ❤. Thanks to Eslam for 5 star service in a 3 star hotel 😊. Many thanks also to the other hotel staff, thanks to whom our vacation was so pleasant and we felt like we were staying at home. Always remember to treat people the way you want to be treated! The only downside was that our bed linen was never changed during the 14 days. But I am sure that if we had contacted the hotel reception, it would have been done immediately. Thank you Falcon Hills for such a great vacation! An unforgettable experience!

Such a shame to have to write this reveiw but there are too many people working here that aren't honest, the attached supermarket to the hotel overcharged my debit card for four times the value of the purchases, hotel management were brilliant helping me get it back but even the gift shop rip you off supermarket across the road better SSI scuba/ diving company brilliant, Jakson and staff at Healing touch spa absolutely awsome best value for money and beyond affordable....but some cleaning staff steal silly things food okay if you like cold chicken a million ways shame as really tasty and in general staff serving cant do enough a real mixed bag ....but sadly will not be returning 😞 such a shame if they could get rid of the few bad apples be a 5 star reveiw ....love Eygpt and best part of holiday we're the tourists from all over the world at the hotel but a lot of theft, dishonesty and language barrier when it suited them ... will visit Egypt again but not Falcon hills 😢

Plus points...... Nice budget hotel. Good to use as a base. Accommodation is basic, a bit tired, but nice and clean. The communal areas are beautifully kept, and the pool is lovely. The food is plentiful, with some very odd dishes, but can usually find something to eat. Breakfast is the best, the fresh bread and rolls are delicious 😋 Not so plus points....... It's only been 10 months since we were last there. Now I don't know if there's been a change of ownership in that time, but the atmosphere has changed tremendously, and not for the better. We were checked in by a man who, quite frankly, needed a refund from the charm school. He was so disinterested, he was borderline ignorant. I changed some money into EGP, no idea what the exchange rate was, and no receipt given, he just served me, while talking on his mobile and without looking up, slapped the money on the counter and walked away. All the staff seem obsessed with their mobiles though, and guest service are definitely second in their priorities. Another reception team member was having a full on shouting match with an elderly confused guest by the side of the pool. How dare he speak to that gentleman like that, he was bang out of order and needs taking to task over it. This poor old boy was just bewildered, and too be honest, probably didn't speak the lingo, so didn't have a scooby what was going. An absolute disgraceful spectacle. And then there's the animation team. Oh the irony, never was there a more unanimated duo. One bloke, who just walked backwards and forwards, with his black hoody over his head and white sunglasses, who couldn't raise a smile, but thought he was Egypts answer to Fat boy Slim, and played overly loud music, plus one young girl, who, bless her, did try, but the odds were stacked against her. So in all, if it's entertainment you're after, wrong hotel, especially if you have children and need more than just a pool. See, that's the problem, when you've got a couple of old birds, that go away for a winter sunshine fix, they've got nothing better to do once they've read their books, than people watch, a fascinating pass time. And this place was an eye opener!
