Well after leaving my review on here I was asked to meet the manager,,,after a chat and decision about my feelings within the hotel. It was good to have an adult conversation about the problems within hotel and our room. Within 1 hour of meeting our room was swamped by staff and builder/electricians and room faults were rectified .I explained that we were looking for another week later in year with children aged 7.4.2 and told them in my opinion the children’s area was dangerous and dirty..The response was valid the reason lazy river wasn’t working it was in process of being drained to be cleaned and repaired as there is a lot of maintenance about to take place.The new restaurant opened on Thursday evening which was a breath of fresh air clean tidy all the food under one roof was a major positive if the extensive maintenance is completed to that level hopefully the place will be a much better place to visit as a family…All I can say is I hope so..I’m looking at going back to sharm with the children in late October I have the managers personal phone number who assured me everything will be done long before then.Im not sticking up for hotel but one of the reason which there have been an issue the place is always full of people,,yes I’m not stupid but personally I hope now the refinishing has started they see it through and make the place as good as it possibly can,, Let’s hope and pray they can pull the rest of the place to the same standard as the newly refreshed restaurant we can only hope

Visited sea beach aqua park for first time to Egypt. Cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and staff :) great facilities no need to leave resort every need is catered for. Lots to keep kids entertained, and babysitting available for the adults to go out and enjoy the night life. Loved it so much already booking to come back in April!

This is my first time I come back to this resort and The food is very delicious and the staff are very helpful, the Aqua Park is amazing and there are many different kinds of amusement, the room is fantastic so I recommend this resort and I will come back again

Big hotel with plenty of space. Great beach and pier stretches the whole length of the shallow water so it’s great to spot fish without actually having to get in. The staff are so accommodating and will do anything to make your holiday the best it can be. The animation team are fantastic with the kids and adults alike, the shows are good fun and very interactive

Very very bad Hotel the food is disgusting and edible reported the chicken as it was uncooked everyone seems to be getting sick in the hotel 9 out of 11 of our group spent at least a week each throwing up in the room reported to guess relations and they confirmed they don’t know of any other people getting sick but speaking to the staff they find it very hard as they have to work there and speak to most of the people and there is a lot of people ill the managers are hiding/ignoring it we witnessed people vomiting in the hallways The bar staff and animation very nice and friendly we was just fed up. We could not eat anything. The second week we had to eat outside the hotel every day. If you’d like to come back from holiday with belly pains and losing a lot of weight, go to this hotel

It was our first visit in Egypt and we fell in love❤️ The hotel is excellent. Our room was clean and tidy all the time, they’ve cleaned it and changed our towels everyday. The food is delicious! Even for a pick-up eater like me😆 We’ve visited the Spa centre and have tried “hamam” - a Turkish bath for women. It is an amazing experience and I highly recommend Lubov, a Ukrainian lady, who makes the best massage ever! There are so many activities for the guests of the hotel - Zumba, aqua aerobic, mini disco for children etc. The sport animator Memo is the best! We had so much fun. The waiters and the bar tenders are smiled and helpful as well, although not all of them speak English very well.

Went with family in June 2024, Second day here so far and already in love! The staff are really friendly and we're great with my children, we feel very safe and everyone is lovely! Very highly recommended, the entertainment at night is brilliant not only for the children but also for the adults.

This hotel was great very much enjoyed it the food here was absolutely wonderful so we’re the people everyone was is just so kind kind and helpful you just don’t need to worry about much the beach was so nice not too deal so it’s good for the kids so they don’t drowns the food here is so nice and even out of the hotel there is so much to do as a hope I definitely recommend this hotel

Great resort for families, plenty food Choices 👌, snacks 😋 and ice cream 🍦, drinks 🍸 😋, chips and pizza 🍕 by the grill beach ⛱️ bar. Animation team are working so hard throughout the day Making sure that people are Happy 😊. Special thanks to Sabreen ,Federica, Ali X ,Pamela the most hard working people 👏 💪. Will return just because of them 😇
