Sentido Reef Oasis Aqua Park Resort

Just returned from a 10-day Christmas holiday at Sentido Reef Oasis and couldn't be happier with the excellent choice of hotel. Check-in/Front Desk: Very quick and efficient. I'd emailed the hotel before we arrived to request a double room for me and my wife, and two twins for the boys and my mum-in-law/daughter. The staff on reception had placed us perfectly in this configuration and confirmed they'd received the email. A few minutes later we were on the way to the room. Any time we needed anything throughout the stay, the front desk staff were always happy to help. The resort: As many have mentioned, the Sentido guests have access to the entire resort and Beach Resort guests are limited to only their section of the resort. Sentido get blue pool/beach towels and Beach Resort have yellow. We saw a number of Beach Resort guests politely moved on from Sentido areas, so the exclusivity is something the staff take seriously. Rooms: We were in rooms 1139, 1141 and 1143 in the block around the main pools on the ground floor but with a garden view. There's a small terrace outside with a couple of chairs and a table. I've seen criticisms that the rooms need to be updated/refurbished. The rooms at Sentido are, I'd say, typical of hotels of this nature across many countries I've stayed in. They're not going to match the opulence of a 5-star hotel in Dubai or the Far East, but they are spacious, comfortable and clean. The lighting isn't very bright, coming from floor and desk lamps and coupled with the dark wood furniture it makes for slightly difficult conditions to see if you've got everything when you check out. Phone torches come in handy at this stage! Lighting in the bathroom is overhead and much brighter. No USB ports in the rooms, so bring a charging station/adaptor. Egypt is two-pin European outlets oriented vertically. My wife also commented there's nowhere with a power socket close to a mirror, so even with an extra long lead on her hair straighteners she couldn't do it in front of a mirror! Our kingsize bed was massive, and super comfy with soft but supportive pillows. There was also a couple of day-bed type things in our room, which could accommodate smaller kids if you have young ones. Not quite big enough for an adult or taller teenager though. Rooms were cleaned daily by Antonyos and were always immaculate with some lovely towel art. I believe some of the rooms are scheduled for refurbishment but there didn't appear to be any work going on in Sentido. Some blocks in the beach resort were under construction/refurbishment though, so maybe it's an ongoing thing across the whole site. Pools: There are a ridiculous number of pools on site, so you can find a nice spot however busy it is. This was low season so only a few of the pools were heated but it was fun to go and find them. The one heated Sentido pool was around 35 degrees, which was like getting into a jacuzzi without the bubbles. They seemed to crank the heat up at the start of th

Super clean , immaculately kept hotel . Grounds , pool areas , beach , everything was perfect . The food was varied , plenty of choice , always fresh and warm . The staff went above and beyond , nothing was a problem . Service from all bar staff and waiters was first class , especially in the Blue bar , cocktails were amazing , thanks to Medhat , Amr and Khelil , always there with big welcoming smiles , thankyou so much guys you looked after us and made us so welcome . Pool staff / lifeguards never stopped . Big thanks to must go to Ibrahim who worked the Sentido beach bar , the steady flow of drinks and fruit to our loungers while sat on the beach was much appreciated , thanks also to Gillian and all the reception staff , she was always checking in on us when she saw us . The themed restaurants were well worth the visits , the Italian and the Kababgy were amazing . Biggest thankyou and much respect goes to the wonderful Mahmoud who ran the Piazza Bar and his wonderful staff , he always welcomed us every evening , he called my wife Princess Karen and made her feel like royalty every time , thank you Mahmoud you were the best , will miss you till next time . And a thankyou also to Beshoy , you really are the cocktail making King . Final recap , book this hotel , you won't be dissapointed . It really gave us the best of times.

Enjoying a week of summer weather, like late June in Rome, at the beginning of spring, is a pleasant and rewarding feeling. The resort is an all-inclusive context, a perfectly self-sufficient world. The rooms are spacious. A few details to improve: a couple of non-working wall sockets, crutches not replaced, and some courtesy products missing (make-up disks, for example....). It's a shame that the Sentido is close to the technical facilities, which are always active and very noisy. In any case, the room was protected during the night. The Guest Relations service is excellent: very present, helpful, and accurate. Great availability and courtesy from all the Resort staff.

An Amazing holiday experience, from our arrival to the time we left 12 days later the Staff were amazing, everyone made us welcome, the Hotel was extremely clean and our room was lovely and comfortable. The food was brilliant with a huge variety of local and international dishes, We particularly enjoyed our time at the beach and around the pools located near the blue bar, and I couldn’t end a review without a shoutout to the fabulous staff from the Blue bar who were so friendly and helpful, so again thank you , Romany, Medhat, Mustafa and Sabre, you made ours and the children’s holiday so perfect, (Freddie says save him some chips for next year, he’ll be back!)

Every think was perfect!! The Veratur guides, expecialy Said in the Cairo tour and all the others. In the Sentito everything and everyone were perfect. A special thanks to Viviana: she was vero kind and pressare! I will definitely come back here on my next vacation.

What a wonderful Hotel and Resort. All the staff were amazing nothing too much trouble. The food was amazing , so much.Will definitely go back. Could not fault this Hotel it was amazing. Cannot stress how marvellous this hotel and staff are. Had such a wonderful experience.Thank you all so much. X

As we had a. Fabulous holiday here in October 2023, we rebooked. I almost do not want to share my views, so I can keep this hotel and staff to myself. The Sentidio resort and staff are amazing. We were made to feel like the most important people daily. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were Eager to a bilge. The food was good and a lot of choice. Gabriel, Hassan and Mina were fantastic, and very funny. We had daily banter with them, which we clearly enjoyed and hoped it made their day too. I bow down to their professionalism. The al a cart restaurants were all great and came out well fed. The Italian again the staff were brilliant, Arafat, and the manager, who I now can’t recall his name. excellent service also in the grill and Indian restaurant. What can I say about the lads Medhat and Khalil in the blue bar. They were amazing keeping us topped up with drinks. Medhat had the most infectious laugh. Finally Mahmoud Nasief, you are a real diamond, a lovely kind and helpful man and manager. It is no wonder your staff are excellent with you as a role model. We look forward to coming back and I am sorry if I have missed anyone out.

This place is the best hotel we have ever stayed at in Sharm and we have tried many. Not going to give names but the service we received from every member of staff was exemplary. Staff in the Blue Bar and Mo's restaurant on the Sentido part of the hotel could not of been any more friendly and efficient to us. Food all over the resort was perfect. Being a very picky eater I have often found myself raiding the children's area for chips and nuggets. I did not have to do this here. The meat was always well cooked and only the best, and vegetables and salads to die for. We did not do our Al a Carts as we loved eating in Mo's for breakfast lunch and dinner. There was couple of well heated swimming pools and many others if you wanted cold. The Beach was lovely and the Reef was brilliant, teaming with fish and lots of safety measures and Life Guards. Water Park for those wanting extra fun. Rooms in the Sentido section were slightly dated, lighting very dim my only complaint but not to the extent we needed to complain. You will need a torch to read in bed! This is a hotel that I know we will go back to many times. We didn't need to even leave the resort there was so much to do in the complex. If we could leave a higher review than 5. we would have given the Sentido 10 all round. Much thanks to everyone at the Sentido Reef Oasis. We had a fantastic 2 week holiday.
