There are not many guests staying in, but the hotel is very warm. The front desk of the hotel said that it has been heated. 前台購買泡澡袋時未告知沒有熱水，一打開水龍頭沒有熱水，給前台電話還打不通，用座機和手機加起來至少打了三通 ，後邊十點半回覆説早上能修好熱水泵，早上水也不太熱，酒店環境真的很不錯，但和父母來旅行不能洗澡真的很困擾

酒店環境真的很好，是在這邊玩住的最好的一個酒店了，而且價格也很便宜，餐廳的菜還比較好吃，酒店房間也很隔音

應該是祁連縣最好的酒店了～規模，服務，環境應該都是數一數二的，價格也是合適，性價比不錯～最主要是次日清晨拉開窗簾即可賞到10月的祁連山脈美景～～不過有個小問題，就是不知道房間為什麼有一些小蒼蠅，貌似是凍暈過去的

超出預期的酒店，卓爾山下，房間窗口就能看見我卓爾山雪山，景色宜人。 二樓餐廳物美價廉，味道不錯。早餐自助餐一般，國慶估計是超出了接待能力，水杯都是一次性紙杯和一次性筷子。 房間衞生整體還可以，洗手間略有異味，應該是下水的問題。設施整體比較新。 會二刷的酒店，秋日的卓爾山景色很棒，適合小住一陣。

服務： 青甘自駕，看天氣預報説祁連有雨雪，打電話諮詢酒店前台，很耐心的解答。雖然不知道前台小姐姐的名字但是還是非常感謝。 環境： 沒得説，花園式酒店，莊園式酒店，有別墅，有套房，還有特色星空房 訂的星空房，除了如廁的時候排氣稍微有點欠缺，另外，星空頂遙控稍微不太靈敏。其他都很不錯啦。瑕不掩瑜吧。星空房帳篷外還有餐桌和遮陽傘，可惜到的那天下雨下雪，沒利用上。 衞生：比起其他城市的木屋啊或者其他特色房間，還是非常乾淨的。 總體非常滿意，下次來祁連還是住這。晴天星空房，雨天普通客房。
