青島市南區新貴都民宿五四廣場店在浮山所地鐵站附近床品潔白，小區安靜，坐車去青島北高鐵站方便。周邊小吃大型超市挺多。小區綠化環境可以，窗外都是花。離五四廣場萬象城和海邊不遠。
