房間非常乾淨整潔，所有設施設備都很好用，所需物品一應俱全，性價比很高！房東人很好，有問題回覆及時，非常nice，有機會再去青島還會入住😁

這家民宿是入住過的所有民宿裏最滿意的一家。
房間乾淨、周邊安靜，一點沒噪音。房間配置高，完全是按自住裝修的。家電都是名牌而且是新的，LG的洗衣機、史密斯熱水器、海信電視、海爾空調。廚房裡有米麪有油鹽醬醋菜刀砧板，甚至姜蒜都有，總之做大餐也沒問題，房東想的太周到了。我家住得很滿意，都捨不得走了。

比照片上看着的空間要小一半的樣子，就是一個小客廳+卧室。乾淨程度還好，就是廚房和廁所反味兒，尤其是廁所，讓房東幫忙看過一次到第二天早上還是那樣，薰眼睛，本來想在屋裡吃了早飯再出門，實在太噁心吃不了…榻榻米有點硬，床也是硬床墊。
位置在市北區，好上高速，但是離景區什麼的都挺遠的，10公里左右。

房子位置不算旅遊核心地帶，周圍吃的比較少。但是交通便利～因為其實青島市區也不大，作為玩完一天的休息住處非常合適。很安全，很安靜，樓下還有24小時便利店！停車也很方便，非常適合我們這種小家庭。生活設施非常齊全。比起酒店更加喜歡這種像家的民宿～
