房間非常差，用品都是最次的，衞生間返味，市場價100元都貴，定價700多。要求換房間或退訂，都不同意。

開峯會來到這裏，酒店🏨位置離展館特別近，距離海邊我開車三分鐘我就到，樓下有超市和各種小吃，房間很乾凈，前台服務熱情❤️好免費多送了好幾瓶水很暖心🙏離店前和前和前台聯繫發票事宜，開好直接送到房間為我們節約了很多時間，期待再次光臨，值得推薦👍

環境確實好。提醒酒店管理人員，儘快停止在別墅區搞“篝火晚會”這種製造噪音的方式。入夜後，一幫自嗨的民間歌手鬼哭狼嚎，嚴重影響周邊住客休息。捨得自掏腰包，每晚近2000的房費到伊春來的人，無非圖一個清凈自在。酒店卻在湖心的篝火晚會還設定露天KTV？為這麼點兒蠅頭小利，降低自己的品味，實在是捨本逐末。長點兒心吧。不然口碑壞了，追悔莫及！

這次入住體驗一般，下次再去青島應該不會再訂這種公寓型酒店。前台在公寓樓的二樓不太好找，前台並不是24小時有人接待，地下停車場應該是不能進，我們是停在了稍遠一點的路邊，我們全家拖着行李箱好容易找到二樓接待房間發現門是鎖着的，前台電話沒人接，又跑到樓下才發現二樓玻璃窗酒店招牌上有手機號碼，這才聯繫上順利入住。衞生條件一般吧，我一般住酒店會用酒精濕巾擦一下床頭和開關等，用了好多張濕巾，床頭擦下厚厚一層灰塵。其他都還好，公寓內可以做飯，有冰箱，辦理入住退房手續很便捷。

環境：客服特意調換了暖和的房子，不開空調也不冷，樓下小吃街華聯超市肯德基一應俱全
服務：客服很熱心，考試還幫着延長了，可以休息一下，必須好評！

訂的時候以為是酒店，結果到了才知道是民宿，才聯繫商家發樓號樓層這些，民宿這些應該都要提前聯繫好吧，到了就直接入住不是更好
衞生間那個門的設計看不太懂，朝外開不是更好？給孩子洗澡門打開都進不去，下水道下水也不行

樓下很多賣吃的店鋪，就是工作人員不是一直在，花了很多力氣才聯繫上。房間挺乾淨的，但隔音一般，早上隔壁手機響都能聽見。在青島節假日能找到一個價格還能接受的酒店已經挺不容易的了。

不是酒店就是特別小的公寓，隔音巨差，根本無法入睡，沒有安全感。想換房店家都不給退，和攜程互相扯皮。終身難忘的噩夢之旅！！！
