別墅🏡位置在海邊，離沙灘很近，出行也都很方便，沿着海岸線能走到小麥島和五四廣場，旁邊就是網紅打卡點燕兒島公園，風景很美，適合晚上去打卡，房間衞生也很乾凈，老闆娘人特別好，很親切，設施齊全，環境優美，愛了愛了，有機會還會再來的

開始兩天我們住的零壓床的，不是很大，屋子還算乾淨整潔，我和父母兩位長者加一個兩歲半孩子一起自駕游來的！在攜程上看到的這家民宿！我住的這間沒有窗户，比較潮濕，所以轉天和老闆商量一下，老闆人很好，和我們升級了一間非常棒的海景房！通透敞亮，兩室一廳！孩子超級喜歡後花園的搖搖椅！早上的早餐我都是在**訂的，送來也很方便！停車的地方也很充足，酒店的位置離周邊景點也很近，我們都是打車去的各個景點，因為不好停車，停車費10元一小時！我訂了五個晚上！先後我們去了極地海洋世界，五四廣場，奧帆中心，小麥島公園，八大關，公主樓，棧橋，台東步行街，萬象城，自然之城KAKAZOO，金沙灘【自駕五十分鐘左右】

6月底一家三口帶老父母來青島旅遊，定了兩間房間。體驗非常好!推開窗面向大海，很大的露台。旁邊就是網紅燕兒島公園，早上能聽到輪船的汽笛聲，真是海景房。老闆和老闆娘也很親切熱情，有什麼要求都有求必應。最後走的時候和老闆娘聊天才知道這裡是青島為數不多的海邊別墅民宿，還是富人區呢！呵呵，總之很滿意。青島真是一個美麗且有文化底藴的城市

老闆大姐，人很熱心，服務很貼心。
房間位置很好，有個飄窗可以直接看到大海，還有一個陽枱面朝大海，廣闊無垠的海景和海邊棧道盡收眼底。
院子有秋千，有涼亭，是休閑好去處。

房子位於燕兒島附近，別墅區，帶個小院子，前面就是大海，可以早起看日出，地理位置優越，老闆人很好，熱情周到，設施齊全，智能馬桶，而且很安靜，空氣特別好，很贊👍🏻！特別誇誇這家民宿的小院，種了很多東西，有蘋果樹，辣椒，西紅柿，茄子，西瓜，還養了一衹大鵝，特別可愛
