This is an old hotel but overall feels okay, the bathroom cleaning work could do better.

預訂的時候不知道後來同伴一説在在一查詢發現這還挺歷史悠久的。日據時代的日本學校遺址，解放後曾是中共青島市委黨校，黨校遷走後，作為青島警備區司令部辦公樓，如今這裏變成了德愛花園大酒店。現為賓館，花園型酒店，分為幾個大塊大廳在不同樓，宴會廳也很大，偶然一撇可能還有動漫展？類似的活動。
因為歷史比較久，房間內部分設施略有老化，不如新興酒店，整體房間比較大，有窗户，窗外是一個體育場，房源內有飲用水兩瓶，因為沒看電視但是電視確實也不大，硬件設施齊全工作人員服務態度很好比較好，酒店有班車到中山路，第一班830第二班930需要提前一天預訂，工作人員也會提示夜景比白天更好看一些，第一次入住會帶領引導（可能因為住在F座）地理位置挺好，酒店還有自己製作的地圖介紹周邊，房源內設施如果能在升級一下可能會更好。

網上選了很多最終定下了這家，離很多景點都比較方便，到了以後發現酒店的環境和風格都比較德式，綠化很好，前台服務好，酒店的房間也不錯！設定齊全，很滿意，希望大家都擁有愉快的酒店體驗。

酒店建築歷史悠久，裏面的停車場很大，停車方便且免費，地理位置很好，去景點很方便。打車很快捷，房間裏乾淨整潔，窗户很大前台和保潔人員都很有耐心，服務很熱情，房間內設備齊全，價格巨好也很實惠，是日常出旅不錯的選擇👍
