房間不隔音，太吵了，沒空調，水也不好用，洗澡都沒辦法洗，消防設施也沒有，存在安全隱患，房間換氣也沒有，悶熱

停車場是街邊佔道停車、還需要自己付費找車位、房間衞生差、熱水放半個小時也是温水、空調就更差了、幾乎就是個擺設，完全冷死
