酒店旁邊還有八大場館，運動設施齊全。經常組織比賽，如乒乓球、網球、羽毛球等等。還有各式餐飲可供選擇，欽州各種特色粉。八大場館晚上還有夜宵，炭燒生蠔、燒烤、自助糖水等，都是當地特色。

酒店離欽州市高鐵站僅10分鐘左右，交通方便。酒店在欽州市中醫醫院對面，旁邊超市早餐店方便。酒店房間大，但設施較老舊，床品乾淨，洗澡水熱水出水快，但地面消水慢。如果是去對面醫院看病，將就一晚還行

房間空間很大不錯，但是房間內的鏡子擺放的很奇怪，有個鏡子有點對着床，睡覺不舒服，還有回南天產生的牆上黴斑希望可以處理一下就更好了黴斑對鼻炎患者很不友好（84消毒液可以搽掉黴斑）。希望增加裝外賣的垃圾箱，這樣不容易產生異味。整體來説不錯的
