訂房時看介紹是有所有洗漱用品，結果去了毛巾什麼的沒有，房間裏還有蟲，中途還停電了 ，其他還可以吧。

我5月16日入住酒店的601號舒適大床房 109元。5月17日按預訂應該續住酒店商務套房 236元，可是酒店當天並沒有安排房間升級 依然住601房（舒適房）既然這樣酒店是否不應該收239元 而是109元？整個入住是愉快的 不過還請攜程瞭解真實情況此 確保會員客户利益沒有受到損失，盼復。

環境衞生不錯！服務人員很熱情！周邊就餐還可以！門前沒有停車位，在馬路對面有公共停車位，但要搶。離龍沙公園很近！

在一個公園旁邊，設施相對陳舊，房間不大，充電插座不好使，總體感覺性價比不太高，一般般吧，距離不遠有個夜市，酒店旁邊配套的商店什麼的不多

1.入住床鋪上有線頭，這是收拾不乾淨
2.九點停電，酒店沒有備用電源，正洗澡呢，摸黑半天
3.空調沒有遙控器等於擺設，讓送遙控器過來結果送個廢品，根本控制不了空調
4.早上洗澡，水温忽冷忽熱
5.酒店wifi也是擺設，信號跟屎一樣，刷視頻都刷不了
6.十二點退房，十一點打電話來催，雖然語氣沒有不好這是早班的人，但是值夜班的語氣相當不好，就是送空調的那個。
總的來説，非常不滿意的遊玩😪😪別訂，快跑。

房間有點小，不過一個人住還是可以的，如果想住大點的房間，可以選擇大床房，但是服務很好，因為家人聯繫不上，後打電話去酒店，前台很負責的去房間找人，後聯繫上了，很感謝8月19號的值班前台，謝謝！
