Because the train arrived very early in the morning, the front desk also arranged a temporary guest room to rest, and the overall feeling was good.

7日早上6點多洗頭時發現自帶的綿柔巾不在了，因為最近剛染過頭髮，雖説已洗過一次、但是擔心濕發會染到酒店的毛巾，所以自帶的，去到酒店前台諮詢原因，前台説是半夜接班，聯繫客房打掃人員，對講機問詢後，客房打掃人員回覆進行了續住打掃，並未回答其他，前台進行了查找後竟然回覆我讓我自己訂一個，我無法理解這麼大型連鎖酒店因酒店原因造成客人不方便竟然讓客人自己解決，然後酒店前台態度惡劣，和客人僵持不下，一直強調自己半夜接班，不知道情況，無法解決。幸虧當時退房的一個寶媽看見後拿了自己的寶寶棉柔巾送給我使用，再次感謝寶媽的幫助，希望她新年快樂，平安順遂。希望酒店對此可以進行培訓，否則這樣的前台一定會影響酒店的聲譽，造成客源流失

前台圓圓服務非常好，剛才車鑰匙找不到，前台兩個小姐妹和保安大爺在大冷天也都幫助我一起找，最後幫我找到了，非常感謝，真的是能睡個好覺了今天，非常感謝麗楓酒店的員工！

酒店服務也很好，小姐姐給送了黃瓜🥒面膜，還有銀耳羹，客房姐姐還幫我疊了散落的衣服，酒店還有自助洗衣房，住了幾天衣服就放在洗衣機裏面清洗，很乾凈，還有熨燙機，整體體驗感特別的棒！推薦入住

酒店小姐姐服務熱情，有花茶熱毛巾服務，還有機器人可以送餐，酒店裝修風格也很好，衞生也很乾凈，推薦大家入住，客房內的窗簾，面板還有馬桶都是智能的，以後就選擇這裏啦。
