Vienna International Hotel (Quanzhou Sports Center)

There is no voice wake-up instructions when checking into a smart hotel. There are so many voice assistants and I don’t even know what the wake-up word is. But after the TV turned on automatically, the remote control ran out of power and the host could not be turned off manually. It was already past ten o'clock in the evening when I checked in, and I wanted to sleep. Couldn't turn off the TV. The only information on the desk is about damage compensation and charge for ordering food, which is quite unfriendly. The first time I called the front desk, I was informed that the remote control was not working and asked for the wake-up word of the voice assistant. The other party said it was Xiao Ai's classmate and did not want to solve the remote control problem. After hanging up the phone, trying "Xiao Ai Classmates" cannot wake it up. The second time I called the front desk, they said they would send an engineer to solve the problem. No one came to solve the problem for half an hour, and I was really sleepy. On the third call, another employee said the wake-up word was Xiaodu Xiaodu. I finally woke up successfully and turned off the TV, but the experience was very bad. Meanwhile, upon entering the room, there was no soap, no hand sanitizer. As a star hotel, this should be the most basic equipment! I also had to call and ask for hand sanitizer.

全州縣城唯一能讓寵物入住的酒店，衹有維也納，給維也納點贊👍，現在大城市很多酒店都允許可以帶寵物，但是在我的老家縣城卻容不下一衹狗，我很感謝維也納酒店能容下我這心愛的寶貝，我家寶貝既温順又可愛，雖然大了一點，但是很討人喜歡，不吵不叫不鬧，感謝你們能容忍他（金毛，邊牧，拉布拉多都是很温順的中型犬，還有很多品種都是很温順的狗），維也納不僅環境好檔次高價格實惠，服務員服務好態度好心地更善良人更美

家庭套房很大，很舒服，就是房門隔音不太好，門口走廊裏別人説話就像在你面前，送外賣的機器人聲音開的太大了，半夜11點它去隔壁房間送外賣就像在我房門口叫，有點吵。早餐還不錯，前台也送了小孩早餐券，表揚。我選酒店比較在乎有沒有地庫，是否乾淨整潔，停車是否寬敞，安全。這裏要表揚，地下車庫有環氧地坪，車不多，停的也很安全。

房間挺舒服的，乾淨衞生，訂的景觀房，結果這景觀房挺坑的，看到的都是對面小區的樓房，在樓縫裡看到一角江景，真的是個噱頭…周邊比較偏僻，沒啥吃的，不過縣城不大，打個車10分鐘就能到

院子及地下停車場容量足夠大，停車沒壓力。房間大，乾淨整潔，衞生間也很寬敞。早餐不錯。背靠二妃廟景區，江邊轉轉景色很好。

可以還不錯，每次出差都住維也納。乾淨衞生又安靜，出門在外不知道住哪裡直接住維也納是不會踩坑的，哈哈哈哈哈

我是12月21號入住的酒店，24號發現，有一件衣服不見了。我就給酒店前台打的電話，酒店馬上就給我發當時保潔拍到我衣服的照片。我讓酒店給我郵過來，郵費我給酒店轉，酒店竟然説讓我自己聯繫快遞。我就不明白了，當時保潔打掃完房間，知道我衣服落在了房間，酒店為什麼不馬上聯繫我？前台又不是沒有我的聯繫方式！這種拖沓的態度，太差勁！必須差評！

智能化的酒店在這樣一個小縣城應該算不錯的了。雖然在情人節入住似乎很緊張，但仍然找到心儀的棋牌室套件。大堂的咖啡很香。

非常棒，酒店位置絕佳，步行就可以到達全州體育場和舜帝廣場。酒店的小姐姐也非常棒，C，我們衹有兩份早餐，額外給我贈送一份早餐！
