酒店位置位於西湖東北側，距離西街大概兩公里，步行可以到達泉州古城區，地理位置還是比較好的。
山景大床房的裝潢還算不錯，唯一的缺憾就是窗外就是高架橋，還是有些噪音的。
服務方面很棒，前台阿萍態度很好，也提供了很多幫助。

酒店大堂很不錯，很有維也納的風格，大堂的香薰很香，非常不錯。一直很喜歡住這個品牌，服務很好，店裡人員很熱情，房間也是很不錯，乾淨又衞生，店裡的設備都很齊全的。
