Not sure about the area behind the hotel, area on the other side seemed ok. Discount mall and hospital. Bathroom looked like it had not been wiped down or mopped in a long time. Eating area staff were not super friendly and options were all or nothing for breakfast. Gym equipment did not work. No food options within walking distance.

I am not one to give terrible reviews, but this is an exception. Really awful experience. The room did not have a working air conditioner, and the staff did nothing to fix it. In fact they seemed to know there was a problem with the air conditioning on that entire floor and put us in the room anyway. The room did not even have a fan or a window that could be opened. It was unbearable and we left within an hour of arriving. They took down our number telling us they’d contact us about a refund, which of course they never did. Do not stay here.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable and quite large. The shower was great. The area is nice and very convenient with shops and a supermarket right beside it.
Breakfast was bad. Mugs and glasses were dirty. Food was not so great

Es la primera vez que visito este hotel y lei malos comentarios pero a mi experiencia personal, se me hizo buena opción y económica, la habitación muy completa, cómoda y moderna , disponen de wifi y tv con internet.
El desayuno sencillo pero de buena calidad, así como la atención del personal.

La habitación no estaba limpia, específicamente la regadera, también un miembro del personal entró a la habitación por equivocación, mientras estábamos dentro de ella.
Comenté esto en recepción y me cambiaron a otra habitación.
