酒店的地理位置非常好，出門兒就是孔廟和博物館去轉一轉，衹需要兩三分鐘的時間就能走到另外一邊，就是著名的馬佔底，還有表背上也有非常多好吃的東西，離水亭門也不遠，這個地理位置真的是絕了，旁邊還有一家非常好吃的燒雞公，排隊經常是排不到的，但是可以跟他講是酒店住店的客人想嚐嚐味道那麼可以幫你打包，他燒好了以後就可以給你打電話，你去取就行了。在收回酒店，酒店還是非常的有特點，一樓大廳裏面琴棋書畫樣樣都有，喜歡的同志可以去玩玩，酒店前台的小姐姐服務態度也非常好，他們好像是輪班的，住了好幾天，每天見到的都是不同的。

酒店位於衢州市中心，南宗孔府就在酒店對面，位置不錯，有停車場，門口的地面有免費的公共停車位（是否有車位要看運氣）。酒店裡各種新潮的裝飾以及簡潔的裝修風格，比較適合年輕人。房間雖然不大，但設施齊全，特別是有可沖洗的馬桶，這點非常滿意。特別表揚酒店前台的小姑娘，一起幫着我們去馬路上搶車位，晚上12點多看她在前台值班，一大早又出現在餐廳裏忙活，夠敬業的。

酒店就在市區中心，近孔廟，衢州博物館，府山公園。到水亭門和國金中心也衹需要步行幾分鐘。酒店為智能型酒店，入住後會發條短訊連結，可實現手機開門，開燈等一切功能！酒店服務也很好！會給推薦衢州特色早餐！總之非常滿意，下次來還會住！

地理位置很好 旁邊就是孔廟和衢州博物館 離美食聚集的棋桿巷 後街巷 獅橋街 以及水亭門景區都超近 玩了兩天全程都靠走 來的時候前台小姐姐幫忙升了房 房間各方面都很棒 乾淨舒適 對得起這個價格 來衢州市裡玩選這家真的很值得

到達那天，剛好下大雨！服務員十分淡定，看着我們淋成落湯雞！酒店沒有大門！服務員非常佛系！然後進房間第一時間就是自己拍蟑螂🪳！
這次來浙江的兩個地方，非常失望，天台縣，差不多算****吧！都是騙！天台賓館前台説的十幾級樓梯，入住後，變成五十大幾階梯！老城的水南排擋，竟然會趕人！！！浙江！服了你了！

就在孔廟旁邊，地段很好，離水亭門、夜市之類的都可步行到達，酒店更像民宿的風格，早餐小而精，就餐環境不錯，可能不是旺季，蠻安靜的，早上是被鳥叫醒的，服務很好，衞生也不錯，馬桶智能的，就是床太軟了，不習慣。
