Went for a Valentine's treat and it was perfect. Loved everything from the check in all trough to the bathtub in the room.

There is some issues with their shower which makes uncomfortable. As a luxury hotel brand, I don't think these mistakes could be accepted. By the other hand, staff Alisa do quickly help me to solve these issues and provide me a new room. Thanks a lot to Alisa.

4-29-5-7與先生從北京飛來衢州， 事先預訂了希爾頓逸林酒店！ 當我們打車落腳酒店門口， 門僮幫忙拿行李時簡單介紹了酒店周圍的場所，小區……很温馨！ 衢州的這家希爾頓大廳很氣派，前台的接待員樑家香小姐考慮我要住7天，而且要確保先生安靜的環境，她幫我精挑細選了可心的房間！讓我深受感動！感謝她的用心和真誠！ 還有，一入住送給的兩塊小甜點格外好吃😋😍😜 非常感謝新的一天，新的地方，新的體驗…… 酒店對面的『江南名灶』也不錯， 可以滿足中晚餐的需求！前一段住了鹽城的希爾頓，今天入住希爾頓逸林， 未來可以申請成為member， 外出今後就選擇希爾頓啦！ 美食，游泳，健身一體化！ 好酒店，高品質，開心！舒適！ 為自己點贊！
美中不足的是，升級後的酒店11層行政樓層居然沒有枱燈，以及沒有咖啡專用杯和供客人自行用餐的🍴配備，問詢後得到的答案的確如此，據我經驗，所能遇到的四星以上酒店這些都該是標配！？應該酌情改進！還有昨天我們飛回北京的飛機為下午五點左右，一早跟前台綠色服裝的服務員申請延時，告知『僅僅到下午兩點，不能卡時下來，否則收半天住宿費』，我還提出，我是攜程鑽石卡，我有四張延時優惠券，但仍沒有任何同理心的被拒絕啦！我非常理解酒店的規定，但是希望因人而異，做以彈性調整，增加到下午兩點半？使得昨天，我的70多歲老先生在大堂坐了1個多小時，很不是滋味兒！深深感覺入店是如沐春風，又送點心，又微笑，出店時『與我無關』『有錢續住啊』事不關己，一錐子買賣的冷遇？！
但，無論如何我還要為這家酒店點贊，五一期間早餐人山人海，酒店工作人員盡職盡責，尤其兩位上了歲數的經理或主管級別的先生忙前忙後，11樓的兩位短髮和馬尾辮的清潔員也非常專業，熱情，在此一併感謝！

酒店很好，安靜，停車方便，沒有吃早餐，不知道怎樣，在遊埠古鎮買了一堆碳水，選這家酒店主要是有泳池，時間是6.30-22.00，前台都很nice，特別是小藍

剛酒店辦理入住，小鄧和她的夥伴們熱情接待，給小朋友贈送了巧克力餅乾，還根據需求調整了房型。服務人員友好，酒店環境整潔。早餐品種多，正好看到一位主管在帶教徒弟每一個製作細節，很規範嚴謹。很高興的一次入住經歷，還會再入住的。

沒帶泳帽沒遊成泳，可惜。
房間衞生有待改善。
空調給力，床墊屬於較軟的，睡覺有點熱。房間外有個小陽台可以透透氣。早餐也還行。
毛巾柔軟度確實略輸於萬豪。
