Lords Inn Rajkot

From the check- in time, staff are very attentive. During my 4 days staying in this hotel, i found it is a nice, neat, clean, and comfortable hotel.. The staff here are nice and always smile to us whenever or wherever we go.. Breakfast is well-served. love staying here again..

Since I was staying at Rajkot for 1 night, I looked for a hotel close to the railway station. And that is when Lords Inn popped up. Since I have already stayed at ***y of the chain's hotels across the country, I decided to book this one, too, for my stay. The best part about the hotel is its proximity. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the railway station. All the major food outlets, shopping malls, etc., are nearby, including Reliance Trends, located in the same building on the ground floor. The entrance to the hotel was just a slight turn from the main road. The lobby area was exceptional and spotless, and the staff at the reception was warm, welcoming, and friendly. They ensured I had a quick check-in. The hotel rooms start from the 13th floor, which gives a panoramic view of the entire city. Having booked a studio room, it contains a king-sized bed at one end and a sofa at the other with a huge television, differentiating the area to split the room into bedroom and living room. The same table also acted as a study table on one end with a chair and electrical plug points for working people. The bathrooms were spotless and had all the amenities, including shower and shaving kits, well stacked. Also, kudos to the housekeeping team. The team was brilliant, and a special mention goes to Silpa Ming. She ensured that whenever I needed something, it was always available immediately, always with a warm smile. Having such employees definitely adds to the customer experience. The best part about staying here was the restaurant. It was a rooftop restaurant with 2 levels of sitting space available. The top level is where the buffet is served in the morning. And the views from the top were breathtaking. It covered the entire expanse of the city and was beautiful. The breakfast served was continental and included north and south Indian dishes, cut fruits, fruit juices, fresh dosas, and omelets on a made-to-order basis. Overall, I had one of the best stays across Lords hotels here. Clean and spotless hotel, with well-***nered and professional staff and a delicious breakfast, spread with a room giving a panoramic view. The best of Rajkot !!!

My stay in Lords inn Ayodhya chowk Rajkot was indeed a great experience. The impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, excellent food and facilities make the hotel an excellent choice. If you want to stay in Rajkot for business or leisure, the main hotel is to provide such advice for your stay. Night staff at reception Mr.Deepak helped me a lot.

The hotel is good , rooms are very nice , staff are also good in behaviour. One thing I want to say about Mr. Murlidhar, front desk welcome the guest very warmly and have smile on his face always......

I booked a valentine's package at Lords Rajkot for 5000 rupees, expecting a ro***tic and memorable evening with my partner. However, what I got was a nightmare of poor service, low quality food, and false promises. First of all, they made us wait for hours for our food, even though we had a reservation. The restaurant was understaffed and chaotic, with only three staff for 10-15 tables. They did not even offer us any drinks or appetizers while we waited. Thirdly, they promised us a private butler service, but that was a lie. We did not get any personal attention or care from the staff. They were rude, unprofessional, and indifferent to our complaints. They did not even apologize for the delay or the quality of the food. Finally, they promised us a refund when we expressed our dissatisfaction, but they never followed up on that. They stopped answering our calls and ignored our messages. They cheated us of our money and our time, and ruined our valentine's day. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is a scam and a fraud. They do not care about their customers or their reputation. They are only interested in making money by deceiving people. Stay away from Lords Inn Rajkot.

Worst in-room dining in my life. Ordered toast and butter only since first ordered dish of tandoori Alu was horrible. It took 4 reminders, complaint to reception and then got it after two hours. Excuse being Valentine Day. Never stay in this horrible place. Disappointing for Lords Inn brand.

Rooms are beautiful and very good maintained location is very good breakfast for good first thing i booked two room one was given immediately and the second was given by 4 pm my rooms were on 12th floor some renovation was going on roof top even after complaining for several times noise was regularly coming in room day ***ager was quite humble person now it comes to night they have roof top cafe which is open till 3am some of their gusts were having fun on the roof top and regularly moving chairs and it was making horrible sound in rooms after complaining again and again we went to reception night ***agement was very rude and aerogent he just say it's not possible how can noise come we don't have any resturant on top then my son angrily took ***ager to his room and show him sound then one of their night room service person told this sound is coming from resturant My experience was horrible with this hotel and ***agement.

Great service provided by Adarsh and his entire Team . . Location is also in a reachable distance within the city. View was very nice from rooftop cafè and restaurant. Overall it was a very good experience and I would like to visit again 👍👍👍.

Stay was too good , Food and Service is just amazing. Restaurant ambience is just amazing, the view from hotel is just incredible, whenever we come here will stay in lords inn only . Staff and chef is too good
