Room No. 411 Date : 23-25th April During my recent hotel stay, I was truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in (Subhajit) to the attentive service throughout my stay, every interaction was marked by genuine care and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, making me feel valued and well taken care of. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request truly enhanced my overall experience, especially at Mehek restaurant by Pritam & ***ish. I left the hotel feeling grateful for the outstanding hospitality I received and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a top-notch guest experience. This will always be my first choice at Rajkot looking at Location and Services.

Very good hotel to stay in Rajkot. Hotel staff was so supportive, Specially Su*** ,Sunil, Shubhajit, Devraj & Koyal they are very supportive & very helpful in every prospects, Overall very good experience , Food is also very awesome.

The Staff are really Polite gave a warm welcome. In Hose keeping Department Vikash Kushwaha gave really good service and was very helpful. Always smiling. Also Siddhant Kothari was helpful and on our request he extend our checkout time. TY

Nice stay.. comfortable rooms and started new kitchen on rooftop which is amazing and must visit. Varaties of food options available in breakfast. Sunil Pandey, Subhajit and Su*** are warm welcoming their guests on reception. Mr Kishan sir always reserves room even in peak occasions.

Good hotel for business traveller.staff are courtious and helpful.l specially at reception koyal madam is good at resolving queries

Good location with clean and hygienic rooms. Food served was also ok. Service staff was also gracious specially Miss. Koyel Halder. There is a rooftop cafe also available which is recently opened. You can get a 360 degree view of the city from the top.

Had visited this place for business purpose for the first time but after staying here would highly recommend staying here for their great hospitality and nature especially by the restro staff they were so good with their services especially by the guy name PRITAM he was so good at service.
