Good location for Due Drop Event Centre
Clean good size room
For 2 nights I didn’t need the room to be made
Not 24h service desk but you can call 24h support on the intercom
3:30AM taxi to the airport took about 20 minutes NZD50
I didn’t use the restaurant looks ok
Lone Start next is ok they have other dishes than steaks

Great stay again. So modern and love how clean it is. The breakfast buffet is an added bonus and is well worth the price. Definitely be back again.

Facilities, location & amenities are good in the studio rooms. Cleanliness was really good, the only thing would be that because there are no windows in the room there is a musty smell every time you enter it, having come from outside. The service would be an area for improvement more so around knowledge. When signing the room contract I was asking the receptionist questions about how to do early check out and what is turndown service but she said she didn’t know much about the contract and didn’t she didn’t advise us that to get a “2nd key” we needed to download an app to gain access to our rooms as we had to use the keycard we were given for powering the room. Also functions on our TV weren’t working so we called the receptionist and he said it should be there, but the HDMI option wasn’t showing. So he finished our phone call with I don’t know, we can’t help you with that, we don’t have a technician. I managed however to work it out using Google.

Pros: Near airport, free parking, clean room, decent sound isolation.
Cons: Small and basic room for a four-star hotel. Faulty TV remote. Slow check-in.
Location: Only good for airport departure. Fine for one night, not for longer stays.

First of all room carpet has a large red stain I think from red wine. Pot and pan are in such bad shape pot terribly scratched. Shower and shampoo almost ran out.
Positive sides offered one free bottle drinks from restaurant and free parking. I had higher expectations on Ramada but not anymore. I already tried Ramada in Queenstown and was only slightly better.
