I had a very good stay with the clarion hotel it was very clean quite and it felt like I was at home felt very secured I deffently reccomd

Tiffany, at the front desk, was FANTASTIC! The bed was comfortable and room was decent, except for being HOT and we werent able to get it cooled down. Cleaniness for the majority of the room was good except for a convenience store pop cup half full in the closet and long black hair in the shower.

Hotel website and ******* both advertised buffet breakfast available, but there was no breakfast. We were not informed of this when we checked in, just found out in the morning when we went to eat. Carpet was stained, bathroom door was broken and would not latch. Hallway was loud and someone tried to open our door in the early morning hours.

We were sent to the wrong room, there were 4 empty beer cans in our room when we got there, the fridge is full of orange gunk, the rooms are set up like a fishbowl and the entire front wall is glass, doors don’t close or lock properly, the place is falling apart, staff seem like they’re on *****, overall awful. We had no outdoor windows in our room, our bed was supposed to be a king and wasn’t. Felt extremely unsafe, have no elevator. I can’t express enough how bad it was.

Our stay was good, pretty quite and comfortable. We had to ask for an ironing board and no luggage stands in our room.

Oh where to start. Check in went easy enough, get up to the room and get inside, the smoke detector has a dead battery or something causing it to shriek every 30 seconds, attempt to call the front desk from the room phone. Room phone doesnt work. The thermostat was set at a warm 75 degrees, turn it all the way down to 65, and it still blows luke warm air. Leave a note about the smoke detector, the phone, and the AC and go to the front desk to let them know i have some issues id like fixed while i run an errand. Get back 30 mins later, the room is still warm and AC is not working, the smoke detector issue was fixed. Go to use the phone to call the desk asking about the AC unit as it is very warm in the room, the guy who came to "fix" everything, literally just unplugged the phone jack. If it didnt work before it certainly doesnt when it's unplugged. What was supposed to be a nice little get outta the house for the night turned into a total waste of almost 100 dollars. They advertise restaurants on their listing, all of them have been shut down. Tried to order a pizza from Boss Pizza, when i gave them my address they said the wont even deliver there because of past issues. Dont waste your money, im going to try my damndest to get a refund but who knows. Just want people to be aware of what you'll actually encounter at the property.

The bathroom had 8" long curly hair hanging on the walls of the shower and around the drain. There was macaroni & cheese dried on to the carpet at the foot of the bed. We asked if they had air conditioning and they said yes. We get to the room and it was a fan in the wall. Besides there was no elevator to get to the 2nd floor with all your luggage. I was not impressed at all and would never stay there again.

The front desk guy was little weird… we get to our room and the door is half open!!!!! No heat and when it does come on sounds like a train!!!! Would not recommend this to anyone!!!!!!

Clean, comfortable, convenient, reasonably priced. Great place! Couldn't ask for more!
