Staff were extremely friendly, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us with whatever we needed. Room was a bit small for a family of 4 but would be perfect for a couple, it was basic but had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice. I would definitely stay there again, simply because all the staff were so welcoming and they made our stay there a great one.

Property is good; rooms are clean and good looking. - yet rather small. The corridor does not match the rooms - but one does not beed to there too long😉. Breakfast Buffet is ok - choic s are rather limited.

We stayed in a double room. Tight but good enough for 4 people. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a semitransparent wall, which is quite weird. The receptionist at the desk was not always available, which was annoying.

Check in was extremely difficult. The automated system rejected my credit card nearly 15 times before finally accepting it. The person who helped out from the attached restaurant was really friendly and nice and seemed just about as frustrated as I was with the automated check in machine. The room was nice and it was perfect for our needs.

Great hotel, clean, good location and very friendly staff! They have renovated the hotel and the rooms, bed and bathroom are great. The hotel is very close to Brig, so you can walk to the main square in 5-10 minutes. We liked the staff. They helped us very well!

Recently renovated hotel. Entrance area very nicely designed. Rooms are small, have everything you need and are clean. Bathroom only separated with a sliding door, shower with frosted glass open to the room, unfortunately suboptimal. Shower clean, door very narrow. The room was extremely warm (a good 27 degrees), when we asked we were told that the heating was also new and difficult to adjust (rooms next to each other, the same heating system either very warm or very cold). Unfortunately, the window could not be opened completely for ventilation. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast with limited choice but good food. Butter machine top.
