Very limited space in Castro-Urdiales for pilgrims of the Camino de Santiago, so I booked this pension last-minute and it was perfect! Great location in town and to the Camino.

The most REGRETTABLE thing I have ever encountered. Customer service literally DOES NOT EXIST. I have been trying to talk to the owner for a week, and she only picked up the phone one day to rudely tell me that she was going to shower and that she would start answering at 11, which was not the case because she never answered me again. Pathetic.

Very welcoming, very friendly, very helpful. The room was perfect for the pilgrim in me - clean, functional and comfortable. The manager was wonderful in her desire to help and make my short stay as pleasant as possible. I couldn't find better addresses

Well located and close to everything, but ridiculously small room: double bed of 130, and barely enough to go around the bed. Shower cabin without which we cannot turn around, and we had the archangel of having a window (not like our friends) but which opens onto the wall opposite and therefore does not bring in any air. What calories.

The room is very small and noisy. So the bed is small if you are more than 170 cm tall. Otherwise the person we saw was pleasant. The parking is that of the port but with a better price.
