It was cool but thought they was air conditioner

Ubicazione buona per viaggi di affari, ma non vicino al centro città. Facilità di parcheggio. Struttura moderna, camere semplici ma adeguate, silenziose, ottima pulizia. Buon rapporto qualità/ prezzo.

Rooms ok no coffee making facilities or bottled water. No restaurant but they do have breakfast with decent coffee. Very bad location if you dont have a vehicle. Its is located in an industrial district city bypass area. Have stayed in other hotels in Ravenna which were not great but walking distance to everything especially great restaurants. Here you dont have that option. One good thing is gym is open 24 hours. Wouldnt recommend as a business hotel at all.

No way is this hotel 4 stars and it certainly is no good for business trips. A decent breakfast is available in the morning but apart from that no restaurant or food available. AC does not work in room The hotel is located in industrial area on a ravenna bypass. If you dont have a vehicle good luck getting something to eat. The hotel does have a bar but not sure anyone is working there Left hotel for meeting mid afternoon with sign on door to make up room. Came back later and they had taken the towels and not replaced them. Bin not emptied , bathroom not cleaned , no soap in shower. sign still on door. I took a shower then realised towels were gone. When raised with front desk the guy on desk wanted me to follow him outside to get clean towels??? Complained and he laughed avoid this hotel like the plague, it makes fawlty towers look like a well run hotel The girl on the desk during day is helpful

Words alone cannot describe the dissatisfaction here. We arrived last night after a long days journey. Four star???? Lovely young lady at reception. That’s it for compliments. Unfortunately, we have prearranged transportation tomorrow and must stay another evening. The hallway carpets are filthy, the outside chairs are cracked, the shower has mold. One room looks as if someone tried to break in. We went thru the stairway rather than the lift and the door remained opened. Anyone could have entered. I went back up to close it. Just found a disgusting creature! See photos!

The hotel staff was amazing! The breakfast was good and had a good variety!! The property wasn’t close to anything walking distance or restaurants. The hotel staff helped us order food to go. Overall good experience the room did have a lil smell but not too bad the restrooms and room were clean.

Overall a nice hotel. The receptionist (female with glasses) was exceptional. The air conditioner wasn’t functioning making for an extremely hot night. The receptionist male - late night) was not helpful.

We had a great experience at The Cube. We were a party of 15. Christian who’s the manager and his staff were excellent! I’ve traveled the world and never had I received the type of hospitality and courtesy from a hotel. Christian you were fantastic!!!!! Nelson Vargas Miami

Just one night waiting for a cruise the next day, they did help setting up the taxi to the cruise and helped in other ways. Very good breakfast and had no issues.

Love property! Bathrooms were big as well as the rooms. The staff was very helpful!

The hotel was nice, staff very friendly, room was ok (had some minor issues like broken handle in shower), but clean. We really enjoyed breakfast, enough choice and very friendly staff serving breakfast. Also great was parking, free and in front of hotel, and the location was quiet overnight.

Un 4 stelle ma è un bluff. Stanze scarne di comfort, richiediamo 2 cuscini in più e ci vengono portati ma senza federe, in doccia il dispenser senza sapone, sul ripiano del lavandino una placca che non si capisce il senso pure incrostata e sporca. La prima colazione è attrezzata come la peggior mensa di un dopolavoro (con tutto il rispetto per i dopolavoro). Il prezzo richiesto per il pernotto è scandaloso considerando: posizione, servizi e qualità dei servizi. Certamente sconsigliato!
