Stayed with my husband and a few friends for England's first test match in Rawalpindi. We had absolutely no idea what to expect in Pakistan but as far as we could see this was by far the nicest hotel in the area. Whilst I would say that Rawalpindi is not really geared up for tourists (especially Westerners), all the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is literally nowhere else to eat near the hotel so every meal was in their restaurant. The staff were very good and very anxious to make sure everything was as you wanted. The menu is quite small but the food was very nice. Our room was very large but I think that housekeeping could be improved. We stayed a week but had no housekeeping whatsoever. We also had one small towel between two of us. But this might just be how things are in Pakistan. If visiting Rawalpindi for any reason this is definitely the place to stay (though it's not exactly walking distance to the cricket ground but there's a railway station and plenty of tuk tuks).

I was impressed with this hotel, its at a good location, decor in rooms is to a good standard. The Air con was the best in any hotel I've been to, it would cool the room down within a few minutes, hardly had any power cuts. Staff are all very professional and welcoming. The small negative is the breakfast buffet had little variety, but I would definitely stay again in the future.

It was best managed event and all my family members are happy and they liked the decorations and all other necessary actions. Especially the rooms were great and the event hall was on our requirements. Food service was great also.

Hotel horrible. Tout était sale, il y avait des poils dans le lit. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain et les toilettes étaient boucher avec des excréments qui remontaient. Les lumières ne s'éteignaient pas au moment de dormir, un technicien a du intervenir pour débrancher la lumière. Ne reservez surtout pas cet hotel !! Surtout si vous êtes en famille car il y a que des hommes dans l'hôtel.
