"We booked a room with a patio. Initially, we were given a room with a strange stone roof. The entire hotel was full of workmen, and the hallways were covered with tarpaulins and a lot of dust. We went to the reception to complain. At first, they had no solution. After a lot of complaining on our part, we eventually received an alternative in an annex. That was an apartment, very clean and fully equipped. We booked breakfast for €17.50 p.p., but it was completely worthless. Everything was measured out, and nothing was replenished. The jam was gone. The cucumber was dried out. The coffee was undrinkable and had been sitting there for a while. In the end, we just asked for another croissant. There were no rolls or cheese left either. All in all, the final room made up for it a little, but the staff was nowhere to be seen."
