1、華而不實，虛假的宣傳，空洞的服務：這家店家衹懂得虛偽的禮儀，卻完全忽略了客人的真實體驗。2、失望的服務，慘不忍睹的衞生：承諾的服務水平遠遠低於標準，而且衞生狀況極其糟糕，令人深感失望。3、輕視顧客，不專業的服務：店家的服務態度惡劣，毫不尊重顧客，而且連最基本的知識都沒有，令人深感失望。4、拒絕改正的態度，漠視顧客的意見：店家一味拒絕顧客的反饋，無視顧客的意見，完全不顧及客人的實際需求，令人大失所望。5、糟糕的服務，拖拉的消息：服務態度拖拉冷淡，而且消息傳遞也極其糟糕，給客人帶來不小的困擾。6、缺乏耐心的服務，不尊重客人的服務：店家的服務態度毫不尊重客人，而且毫無耐心，令人深感失望。7、陳舊的裝修，陳舊的設施：店家的裝修和設施極其陳舊，給客人帶來極大的不便，令人深感失望。8、最後最後強調，服務態度很差，床單上有血跡，處理問題甩鍋，沒有一點擔當，責任感

不曉得前台是故意的還是裝傻，辦入住的時候説好 的早上七點多辦理第二天下午退房，到了下午就打電話來催房了，就幾十分鐘你要是説不行我等一會兒不就行了？非等我入住了下午又來催！來了很多次了之前六點多入住都可以，這次不行了，不行你早説我等到八點就可以了，是沒睡醒嗎？説又不説清楚，説好的退房阿姨要收房間把東西收出來，等過來退又讓我自己上去拿，房間還是沒收，不知道搞什麼***前台跟**一樣

整體還是比較滿意的，美中不足的就是沒有洗衣服的地方，在哪裡住了3天，留了3天的臟衣服，還有那個洗漱用品分發不均勻，有天是衹給我發了一人份的。
