The customer service was very friendly. The hotel location was perfect. The room is very clean and has a nice bed. We had a good sleep. I would highly recommend it.

Da wir schon etliche Hotels im in und Ausland Gäste waren ist dieses sehr zu empfehlen. Ruhig trotz Innenstadt. Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder, doch wir bitten dringends um nachfolgende Klärung :
PARKGEBÜHREN. Das Auto stand 20 Stunden auf dem Hotelparkplatz, es hat uns 22,50 Euro gekostet, das geht auf gar keinen Fall.
Als Hotelgast erwarte ich eine andere Lösung. Diese ist mit der Stadtverwaltung zu klären.

We arrived late and check in was quick. Unfortunately the car park entrance direct to hotel was unavailable due to refurbishment which meant we had to walk further and outside.
Few issues with the room which were sorted and room changed the next day. As we were leaving early before breakfast on our last day we had a take away breakfast box which was very good.

We chose this hotel because we were going to visit the Rotweinfest at Ingelheim. Everything about it was perfect. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable beds. Powerful hot shower. Tasty and extensive breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Absolutely no complaints. We’ll be back.
