Very old facilities actually didn’t stay

As a regular island-commuter, often requiring an overnight stay, hotels can become very expensive during the summer months. First time at NEP was early May & I was very impressed particularly with the facilities & cleanliness, the staff are absolutely delightful, there in an on-site cafe-bar & all at a budget-price. I have since stayed there on a number of occasions, in different rooms each time, on different floors. My one criticism is noise from a nearby bar; but the NEP is in such a central location, so no surprise there really, however, once the well--fitted door + windows are closed, with the air-con on...............you can't hear a thing!
