City Center Hotel

Nice hotel with a nice buffet breakfast. Staff is attentive and super kind. Room is nice with a little balcony. Good bed. Shower is good and satisfying. Good wifi. Simple and functional. They do not provide coffee to the room but there is a cattle and cups. And refrigerator. They do not provide beach towels Threr is an elevator Room is clean and comfortable Nice happy hour Location is good. e

Nice helpful staff, smooth check-in procedure, the room had everything I needed (inc. an electric kettle and a small fridge), working AC, a balcony with 2 chairs. The room faced the courtyard, which is not much nice by itself, but the positive thing was that there was not so much noise from the busy street. 4 to 5 minutes´ walk to the nearest beaches, 10 minutes to the Old Town. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. The bath was a bit old-fashioned, but together with the shower worked properly. Otherwise nothing negative I can think of.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Great hotel, very friendly staff. The beach is a 4-minute walk, a very good view from the window towards the sea and the ******. We will definitely come here again.

Booked one of the “deluxe” rooms on the 5th floor with jacuzzi hot tub. The room is appalling. One lumpy pillow each, the walls are paper thin, mis-match curtains that let the light in. The wardrobe is tiny! There is nothing deluxe about the room at all! The terrace is ok. The only deluxe thing is the hot tub! Barely slept because we could hear the guest next door snoring it’s that terrible! Don’t get me wrong the staff are amazing and the lobby downstairs is pristine but that is where it ends. There is barely any space to move in the room let alone for 2 suitcases which we couldn’t unpack because the wardrobe is so small. The bathroom is ok but the shower has no hook therefore you need to hold the shower head by hand to wash. Really really disappointed. If this is a deluxe room I dread to think what a standard room is like.

The hotel had really Friendly staff, clean, perfect location we had no issues at all! Really smooth check in and check out system. Someone at reception 24/7 and you leave key with them when going out which is nice so you don’t have to worry about loosing them!

+ in a good location + good view from the balcony - Outdoors lock was horrible, not safe! - safetybox was small - bed made sounds every time you turned around - you have only one key and you have to leave it in reception every time you go out +/- breakfast was okay, could have been more fruits and vegetables + staff was very lovely

We stayed one week at this hotel for our wedding anniversary. Finding all staff very helpful and friendly , this includes reception staff , the lady who ran the restruant and the cleaners. The room we had was as booked and was clean and cleaned daily with air con , en suite ,wrap around balcony with partial sea views. Breakfast was excellent multi choice of english wth eggs bacon sausage toast, all freshly served hot .Continental wth cheses and vavious meats and bread also fruits and yoghurt . This hotel is very well situated being 500 meters from beaches and a 10 min walk to the old town and bus depot also having numerous and variants of restruants close by. We stayed in this hotel late march 2023 so it was out of the main season . Possible traffic noise which is normal for a city hotel but was no bother for ourselves

Everything was very clean and aesthetical. 🤩 You really made us feel like home! 🏡 Your smile everytime we meet was a great way to start any day. 😁They were open and available for any kind of conversation at any time of the day. 🗣 Besides the beautiful city of Rhodes, hotel experience was something else! I love it there so much and hopefully will be back next year! 🤞🏽Favorite time of the day was breakfast for me, despite all those restaurants around the town. It was simple yet very delicious especially with tiny croissants and mini pancakes that have a special place in my heart. 🥐🥞There really isn't anything more to expect from a hotel than to be this charming + amazing staff. 🥰 You put our bar very high for every future place we'll stay at. 📈 Rhodes town is definetely a place to go and has a lot to offer for both family/friends/couples visits! 👭🏼👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏼👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We met new friends there too: parents with a kid, another couple, two elder ladies who came together ... It's really perfect for everyone - babies👶🏻-toddlers👩🏾‍🦱-teens🧕🏼-adults👨🏻‍🦱-eldery👵🏻 ! Not that I only recommend this hotel but I highly recommend going to Rhodes. 🇬🇷

We managed our reservation via email and they were very quick to reply dispate some other hotels we had mailed. From the first moment you feel the warm ambiance of the whole place and the staff. We asked for 2 rooms next to eachother and without hesitation it was arranged before we arrived. The location is perfect for the families like us. It was spotless clean and breakfast was super. All staff like the ladies in reception desk, lady in the bar and break buffet and the other ladies who cleaned our rooms were so helpful and kind. We will definitely come back. Thank you.
