These are like apartments. There are no elevators so you will have to be climbing stairs to get to the room (not in descriptions) . When it says two beds they are in two different floors. Believe me when I say the room was filthy. There were other peoples belongings still in the room and bugs in the bed.

The unit is a good concept, a studio with appliances, dishes, and plenty of room. Execution was lacking. The decor was fun, and the furnishings were clean and nice. But in the kitchen, the refrigerator was banged up and rusty on the outside and the microwave was greasy on the outside and disgusting to touch. In the bathroom, there was nothing covering the nail ***** that held the carpeting down, and I stepped on it twice, which is not fun when you have bare feet and get a nail in your foot. The walls needed painting. There was no icemaker in the refrigerator and no icemaker on site so you had no ice for your drinks. There was no hot breakfast at the location and the Takeaway brown bag. Breakfast was just OK. The coffee was really good.
With just a little effort, this could be a really good concept just go through and fix a few things and make it really nice clean it up fix it up! I don’t want to step on nails or touch greasy spots.

Roach problem. Place smelled like cigarettes smoke. Fringe waa rusted out and wobbly. Air conditioning did not work. Trash on the floor. Trash everywhere outside. Lobby had a strange smell

Very slow process to check in. Rooms were dirty as soon as you looked behind furniture. Looks like a rehabbed apartment complex

Dirty, unsafe , smells cigarette eventhough the room have signs of no smooking. I’ll never book a hotel like this again.

This was the worst room and I looked at two smoking and non. Both rooms had bugs/roaches as I was seeing the rooms. The man literally kicked a roach out the door. If I could have left I would have but it was so late I checked in. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. Plus no matter what they have an additional charge they do at the hotel.

I stayed for 7days. The area looked dangerous. Kept a coffee table in front of the door at night. The top cover was dirty on the bed. The sink didnt drain well. I had allergies the whole stay. There were few utensils and dishes and the microwave had the wrong carousel dish. Wouldnt turn. The dishwasher wouldnt close and didnt have any detergent. The icemaker didnt work.
