We checked in late. We were very exhausted from 9 hours of driving. We were only one to check-in, but took us a long time. The website info said the room is for 4 person, but pillows and blankets were set for 2 persons. Called ftont desk, they asked me to come down to get extra beddings. I was not able to use a hair dryer. It was very dirty.
The website said breakfast but it was very light (instant) continental breakfast.

We had to wait 30min for someone to show up and check us in. The main entrance and hallways smelled of stale smoke. There were socks and what looked like a T-shirt and shorts under our bed. The bathroom sink didn't drain. Our tv remote didn't work with the tv, even after getting new batteries. There was a couple in the room beside us who got into an argument and moved it outside, right next to our room. We literally were there from 9pm-7am.

It was dirty. I had to change 2 rooms out because one door was broken and the other room wasn’t clean it was like someone had occupied the room

No toilet paper. No shower curtain. Clogged sink. Broken lamp. Generally dirty. Broken card reader at front entrance created issues when I went to my car in the middle of the night.

I was good except this 4 November in the morning they started working on the room next to ours and we heard banging all day and the smell of paint was making me sick to my stomach

Needed a quick stay, so I made and pre-paid for reservation. Upon arrival I so a note on the door saying "no rooms", however, I had a reservation. WRONG
The desk clerk advised me they were totally booked, and I said I saw the note on the door but I have a reservation. She says no, we're totally booked. Did you book your room on a third-party site? They don't know our available until after inventory upate at 2am.

The staff who checked us in, was nice and hospitable. But the room was hard to get in, the door wouldn't open or close without heavy shoving. The bath tub didnt drain for hours, there were no trash cans in the room, the shower screetched loudly.
