I found the breakfast buffet to be an improvement compared to last year. Otherwise, it's a fine hotel with a tram line right outside and a bus stop just around the corner.

The hostel was good, however rules over not talking after 1100 are not respected. People were talking the whole night and the bedrooms could be cleaner.

The air conditioning is great. Check-in is usually at 3 PM, but what if you arrive earlier? There's no free luggage storage; instead, they've installed expensive lockers. These cost €8!

For us seniors (60+), the bed was almost unbearable. We were awake all night because of the terrible mattress.

The matress was so dirty it looked like there was bed bugs on it, with bloody spots, and no protection, i couldn't get no sleep, my son woke up scratching and in pain! We both got disgusted because the matress was really in bad condition and the linen didn't protect from it! There was also a lot of hairs in the bed, i havey eyes full of alergic reaction amd my body itchy from the dirtiness of the matress! The employee couldn't help much, the hotel was full booked and he didn't have access to protector linen forbthe matress.
