Hotel is taken over by a new management and seems under development . Kitchen staff for breakfast was good . Cleanliness ok

Unfortunately the furnishings were not nice in the standard room. The plywood bed (with 2 hard mattresses) was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. My back still hurts and I can't stand or sit up straight without pain. When you shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. Why are you building it like that?
Otherwise the stay was fine. The tram stops right in front of the hotel, which is definitely a plus. The service staff was very accommodating.
The “restaurant” is a snack bar. Some of the employees seemed very unmotivated and if you don't explicitly tell them that you would like to order, you can sit there for a long time without being served.
All in all the experience wasn't that nice. I won't come back.

The staff here were great and the room and bed were extremely comfortable, but we were very let down with the bathroom in our room. It's completely unacceptable when you can't shower properly without the entire bathroom flooding in seconds and spilling out into the main room due to the poor drainage.
