We were pleased with our room, We wanted room with view on sea - view was beautiful. Room was clean, staff cleaned it every day. Personel was friendly. Location directly on nice promenade - in center of life, but this life of town was not disturbing, because it used to calm before midnight, so we had calm night for rest, even with two kids. Town prowided a lot of restoaurants, cultural events, and fun for kids too. Beach on front of hotel - recomending, daily cleaned and maintained. Beach servis was not included, but price offered two beds, sunshield, and lot of possibilities for kids to play. We were, including kids, were satisfied. We can come back here again, gladly.

Pro: - Friendly staff; - Pets-friendly; - Good Italian cuisine; - Covid-19 safety procedures are maintained; - Clean and tidy; - Accepts Bonus Vacation vouchers; - One street away from the beach with special discounts. Cons: - Bathrooms need maintenance (shower doors, bathroom air extractors noise, and balcony doors handles); - Not all rooms have direct sea view; - No private parking in the immediate neighborhood; - No hairdryers in the room (BTW, nobody said it had); - No cotton buds (BTW, nobody said those were available).

Starting from the bathrooms: the toilets didn't flush, the showers were missing a door and the hand shower wasn't adjustable, so I showered bent over. On the sink there were sachets of shower gel, which were useless!!! In the mediocre food, we found the presence of organic material, such as hair. At least the staff was nice

The presentation of the hotel looked good, but it turned out to be quite poor. As soon as we got to our room, we noticed numerous hairs on the floor. The toilet didn't flush and the mattresses were marble hard, with smelly pillows. The food was mediocre, inside we found hair and plastic, the quality was not enough. At least, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel situato in un'ottima posizione....a 2 passi dal mare ed in pieno centro . Un complimento particolare alle Signore Daniela ed Annamaria ma anche a tutto lo staff,sempre cordiali e disponibilissimi. Anche il nostro cane è stato accolto come se fosse di famiglia. Consigliato quindi anche per chi possiede un cane. Ottima colazione e cena. Sicuramente da ritornarci.

Albergo situato in posizione centralissima a Viserbella,fronte mare con negozi e locali in cui mangiare e bere dopo cena. Personale gentile,ci siamo trovati come in famiglia. Si mangia bene e camere pulitissime.
