Awful conditions. The light is constantly going out. Super small room not like the photos shown. No hot water. Not even a closet to hang clothes. The balcony connects to another bedroom.

Very uncomfortable pillows, very repetitive and poor dinner. It is far from the center in an industrial estate. We had an emergency and there was no one to attend to the night shift. To say something positive, the staff is friendly.

Excelente serviço, simpatia, acolhedor. Nada a apontar , se for a Viseu aproveite esta boa experiência. Belo pequeno almoço de grande variedade, higiene rigorosa nos quartos, não chegamos a tomar refeições mas em termos de preço achei barato.

Staff muito prestavel e prontos a atender melhor o cliente. Varios Lugares de estacionamento disponiveis "in site". Piscina exterior generosa. Pequeno-almoço em estilo Buffet mas com bastante variedade. quartos generosos e acolhedores.

Lamentamos as condições do quarto que nos foi distribuído pois não correspondeu às nossas espectativas ,este quarto nada tinha a ver com o modelos de quartos existentes no site do hotel os móveis muito antigos e absoletos,a água da piscina estava verde ,a banheira da casa de banho não tinha um tapete antiderrapante que originava escorregar,tiveram a pintar o quarto e até tinha ainda a fita na ombreira da porta ..inadmissível..

Quarto amplo, limpo, com vista bonita sobre a serra, e com varanda. Pequeno-almoço super variado, muita oferta. Só não foi agradável a sala pequena para tanta gente. De resto, recomendo. Muito agradável.
