Hotel is situated on the top of the hill. Beautifull view from the room. The hotel staff is very very good. Great service. Breakfast is decent. It is better if you have yoir own car. Rooms dont have hot water kettle. So no provision for making tea or coffee in the room

The hotel was in a beautiful location but it's good to notice that there is a quite long uphill road from the marine to the hotel. Breakfast was okay, and the pool was very nice! The staff were mostly nice and helpful to me but there was a one person who should improve her customer service. Regarding of that have to give some poor review because in the first evening when I arrived I got a room which had a lot dead spiders and their nets around the roof. I got immediately a new and better room and I was very satisfyed and appreciated that a lot. But after that the same person was impolite to me which made my visit a little uncomfortable. So that's why only 3 points.

Very nice people! Service is excellent and what a beautiful view and atmosphere the Hotel gives you. I am thankful to experience Italy from such a beautiful place as this hotel. But the food could be more variable.

What a little gem of a hotel! The staff are superb, the facilities clean and we'll maintained, and the view is unbeatable. The rooms are comfortable, if not over-large, but when in Garda, I only need the room to sleep in! So pleased we chose this hotel!!

We had a 25m2 booked room, and we got a regular 17m2. At the reception desk, the staff kept saying that this was the room we ordered, but I know it was not the one I ordered via booking. Apart from this situation at the very beginning, everything was fine. Rooms nice, clean, large bathroom. A lot of wasted space for wardrobe (or something) in the room and bathroom. Pitty. Rooms were cleaned every day. View from the balcony of the swimming pool, town, lake and mountains-fabulous. Service at breakfast very nice, polite and helpful. The same breakfast every day, but lots to choose from. Pool water not heated. Free parking, but often full to the last space. Nice hotel, but if I go back to Riva del Garda, I wont choose this one.

Ottima scelta. Se trip advisor lo permettesse, 4,5 pallini sarebbero la sintesi perfetta. Parcheggio comodissimo, check in e check out veloci. Personale gentilissimo e di aiuto. Colazione molto variegata, in un ambiente luminoso e con una bella vista sulla città e sul lago. Camera spaziosa e rinnovata. Piscina (purtroppo un po’ freddino nel periodo del nostro soggiorno e quindi non l’abbiamo sfruttata) pulitissima come tutta la struttura. Dove è migliorabile: sostituire la moquette tecnica con una pavimentazione più moderna. Rimane una ottima scelta per soggiorni brevi o lunghi a Riva, anche usandolo come base per le infinite attività in zona.

Stupenda vista panoramica su Riva del Garda, a soli 5 minuti in auto dal centro, in una posizione tranquilla. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera molto spaziosa, pulita, con un balcone con vista suggestiva. Ottima colazione e personale gentile. Consigliato

Abbiamo alloggiato una notte nella splendida junior suite, camera super accogliente, confortevole ,molto grande e arredamento nuovo e moderno, con vista lago e piscina super top!! Personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile, colazione abbondante e super assortita... peccato per la piscina e l'idromassaggio che l'acqua non era riscaldata . Tutto il resto super!! Lo stra consiglio per una vacanza rilassante a 5 min dal gentro di Riva!! Vi torneremo al più presto!!
