Advantage: - the payment is cheaper -the location is good in terms of travelling in the city -the parking safety is good -the staffs are friendly Disadvantage: -the given address in Google is wrong (we had experienced it using GPS) -the room is not cleaned, the table and a/c is dusty, the bathroom is still with stool (not yet flushed) -the parking is hard to find
