這個日照的海邊的天德酒店。真的是，真的是太好了，真心覺得超級好，房間就是網上公佈的那些樣子，但是，當你去了入住之後，服務都真的超級好超級好，首先一樓接待快速，辦理快速，電梯不耽誤，，分樓層，服務員小哥哥小姐姐都超級禮貌，有問必答，再説説入住之後，客房服務超級快速，我們帶孩子來的，有需求立刻解決。槓槓的快，解燃眉之急。我們需要水，打前台電話，幾乎就是，馬上就送過來，開門後都是帥氣的小夥子，説話温柔又不失禮貌。希望下次來了還能看到這些小帥哥。特別感謝前台的所以服務員。都非常愛崗敬業。

外出住酒店十多年，第一次想給一家酒店差評。就一個優點，大概離海算近，地理位置可。差評理由:
1.衞生:我當時看到差評有講衞生，我不算挑剔，就沒有理會。然後衞生間返臭是真厲害。我有咽喉炎，吃完早飯進房間會反胃的那種臭。
2.前台辦入住:從辦預留到入住，四小時。後來吧枱交涉了半個多近一小時才住進去。氣人的是前台説旺季是這樣的，等一個多小時不是很正常的嘛。這是那個有點孃的男生説的，8.9下午三點換好班以後的，我沒記名字，忙可以理解，不解決還這樣就不能理解了。
事情這樣的，旺季人很多，十一點就過來預留房間。兩點來拿房卡，説沒清理好。兩點半，預留房間的需要換的床單被套不夠了，要等供應商送。旁邊一位客户也是這個問題，前台説給換個高層解決了。我訂的房間價格比她更貴，説因為房型限制，沒沒法調整，衹能等。然後我在前台溝通了有半個多小時，看着人家一個個排隊房間好了沒。然後兩間房給了一間，也就是我説反臭特別厲害的，住兩天也沒法調整。生意好得住滿了，其實性價比特別差。
3.房間:延遲給房，為了應付，先給我住，一間特別差的，房型L型，進門走廊就是牆，然後轉彎一間長條形房間，不通風也就算了，浴室燈光灰暗。兩間房都燈光灰暗，華為拍出來不修圖也這麼暗，自行感受。圖2自然光都比浴室裏麪亮吧。
4.客房服務算好的。因為玩海，洗了兩次，沐浴液不夠，送來很快。

位置很好環境優越，離萬平口很近，服務態度好早餐很棒，菜品上的快。
缺點裝修過時，衞生間環境有待改進，櫃門關不緊，隔音一般。
