Room smelled like cigarettes. Half the lamps were broken. AC made a horrible noise all night.

This the second year of an annual event that we have stayed here it seems that since last year not much care has been given to the rooms.

The gal that checked is in was extremely professional and kind. We overall enjoyed our stay with the exception of the heating system-it was SO LOUD and hard to sleep.

The stay was horrible. The room had an oder. The pillows were lumpy. The sink handle was lose and no cold water in it. The bath tub could have been cleaner. I will never stay there anymore.

My spouse could not rise up from the toilet; some handicaped. She needed also handicap bars to pull herself up/ I found it to be too low also.

Keys didn’t work. No hot water. Sink was leaking into the floor. No remote for the tv. The hairdryer literally exploded in my hand. The desk clerk working was rude and made no effort to remedy the situation. I can’t recommend anyone stay here and I will never stay there again.

I stood in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come to the desk to check me in when I arrived. When she came to the desk she told me I owed a $100 cash deposit, there was no earlier mention of any deposit.
The bathroom had holes in the wall an paint splatter all over the floor. The room smelled like ****.

Staff was amazing! However upon booking with Travelocity, when I arrived to the hotel to check in I was informed I’d have to pay $100 cash deposit to book. I was unaware of this when booking with Travelocity. There was no indication on the website. The room was okay. The door did not shut all the way. The curtains fell when I tried shutting them. There was toilet paper stuck in the peephole of the door. Personally we did not arrive untill 4 in the morning and housekeeping was already knocking on our door at 9am (twice) when our check out was at 11.

Staff was pleasant and the bed was comfortable, but the room was in disrepair and needed a thorough cleaning. The hotel was starting renovations so it might be improved for other visitors.
